  I have donated for the last 3 years, i donate every six months to receive the new donor compensation, i donated in October of 2021 and started donating again in April of 2022. after four donations i check the gifrol card and notice the amount being extremly low and not what i was told would be new donor compensation, so i donate again and speak to a manager and explain that the compensation doesnt match. they looked over my profile and state i am not considered a new donor until April 30th, the manager stated he will contact the office manager who was not there at the time to see if i can be funded the remaining compensation and to call back the next day to speak to the manager. So i called today and spoke to the manager the manager stated that unfortunatley i am not considered a new donor until April 28th and that it has not been 180 days which is how they determine the customer being a new donor. No where on their site does it state after 180 of your last donation are you considered a new donor on their site it only states after six months, it also states after six months or longer will you have to undergo a physical, which i did. i think its absolutely ridiculous that they can review your records and see that you only donate every SIX months and throughout the entire process of your blood pressure and weight and then your physical they do not check any of that information and notify you that you have returned early. I am very upset that i was not notified but notified after the fact. i will no longer return to this company, i ahve completely wasted my time ensuring i did all the recommended thigns prior to donation. My mother in law also tried donating in the month of april and was turned away for being 61 and was told by the same location that she can only donate if she brings all of her previous medical records. absolutely absurd. do not reccomend, staff here is horrible.

  Grifols Plasma Care located @ **** W. State St. Milwaukee, WI XXXXX. This business hardly answers there business phone for Donor's information requirements and or too contact them for an Emergency. This is Absolutely Uncalled for and is NOT a way to Conduct a Vital business. They consider a answering of the phone is a Privilege to Donor's and a Chance of reaching a Receptionist. This NEEDS TO STOP Immediately. I had an Emergency and Needed to Contact a Receptionist who never answered and after a Hour of trying: I was able too talk to a Receptionist and asked why they hardly ansewer there business phone and wanted to speak to a business Manager about my concerns. The Receptionist Hung Up on me. With donations of Plasma for people in need : is Absolutely essential too people who rely on our Plasma for Life Threatening Situation and us Donor's should NOT be treated like this! This is NOT a Lottery Chance aspect. Needs to be brought too the attention of the Corporate Headquarters period and have this Unexceptionable Response of this Plasma Center Corrected.
