    Ordered, never received. Contacted them said would be sent out the end of January. If I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund send with order number and within 2 to 5 days it will be refunded. Never received. Now email is non deliverable

    This is a scam company. They never ship your order, they send one email that says due to demand it will take up to 15 days but it never comes. They also dont respond to any emails. I ordered 2 back in early December and still havent seen. Unfortunately they market on FB a lot! I did notice that they also sell on ******.

    On 12/29/24 I ordered a water bottle blender and never received it. I emailed customer service from the original order receipt telling them that I never received my product., and they emailed back a generic standard response stating the website was down and being rebuilt and that I should have my order soon. I am still waiting on my order and they havent refunded me back my money after I have requested twice. never do anything about it. I would like my money back. They are scamming people.

    I placed an order way before Christmas and was told it would be here in time for Christmas. I have had nothing but problems with this company. One excuse after another. Then the tracking site shut down. Still waiting for the order and refund. No answers only excuses and total silence. 0 rating. Feel this is a scam.
