    I recently ordered a dress from this company and when I received it, I found that it didnt fit the way that I wouldve liked. I started the return and I am now on the first step of making the return, but they never sent me my return label that I am supposed to print out to finally make this return. I contacted the business several times with no response. I then went to their social media page to contact them and I found that many others were having this issue as well.

    Order R31231 (formal dress $379): I initiated the return process on 25 Jan 2023, and Fame and Partners (the company) approved the return, with instructions to attach a return label they said would be sent via email (order was from email: ************************* However, no return label was ever received to this email. I sent multiple emails and attempted to contact the company through their virtual chat several times, with no reply. I have searched for a customer service telephone number but there appears to be none, so no other way to contact the company other than email or chat, which they do not reply to. I have also tried contacting them through another email address ********************** in case there was some issue with email being blocked but still no response from the company. This is alot of money and time is going by for the return period. I need the return label (address and appropriate return department) in order to send back the dress to do a proper return. They just wont send me the information to send the dress back for my refund.

    Ive been trying to contact Fame & Partners since January 22, 2023, via their websites chat, which is the only line of customer service contact F&P offers. I ordered a dress that was way too large, so I requested a **************** After sending a picture, I was notified the F&P staff would review the photo and determine if the return was approved. My request was approved. Their website says F&P would generate a shipping label for the return, but I never received it. *** tried to contact F&P 12 times regarding the return label and have received no response. Since their website says theres a 30-day return window, I am incredibly concerned I wont get my money back because of F&P's lack of response. The dress was $379, and this company doesnt even respond to my chats.

    I had paid for an order (R31193) on Jan 21st of 2023 and then on Jan 30th it was refunded. I have been emailing them everyday about why it was refunded and I placed a new order thinking it was a mistake. (R31569) is my new order and nobody will reach back out to me to see if they are just not taking new orders or what.
