I bought a pair of saint laurent heels from this business. They came already used and scratched in several places. I didn't mind that, but the heels didn't fit me. I didn't realize that they were in French size rather than ** or US, so I immediately went to return them and when I sent them back to their boutique, they told me that the boutique claims that the shoes came back damaged, and that they would not be able to give me any refund or resolution. I never wore the shoes but to try them on, and I returned them in the exact same condition that they were sent to me within the time frame of their return policy. Farfetch said that they would investigate the matter, and I told them I didn't wear the shoes for more than a minute to try them on and they didn't even fit, but ultimately they decided to side with their "partner boutique" even though they had no proof that I messed up the shoes and refused to to give me my money back, not even a partial refund, and sent the shoes that don't fit me back to my address. This is a horrible customer service and business practice. They let their boutiques make fraudulent claims about damages on the USED item to keep your money, they don't say to take the item out of the box and take a picture of it for return insurance. I don't think anyone should purchase from this company. Now I have to go through hassle and charge back my bank credit card.
