      I tried to return something on the 14th day because I didnt like it. Turns out their 14 day return policy is actually a 13 day return policy because they include the delivery day as a full day.

      I made 2 purchases at Farfetch, the first one went well, the second time I received 1 of the 3 pieces I purchased and when I contacted customer service they said they would carry out an investigation and the conclusion was that they found no error. Loss of 700 dollars. I feel ripped off, I don't intend to buy there again.

      This company sells fake bags made in ***** and they pass it off that it's not their fault. It's the people who sell on their site not honorable don't buy from them. I'm sorry that I did.

      Ordered already 6 times from them. all 6 times they canceled my order without providing a reason for the cancelation. I just received an email saying "Your refund is on its way" this happened 6 times in a row with different credit cards!!!in the meantime, I shopped by several other companies and had a blast experience.Don't shop at Farftech!And btw, I realized that you can get the same thing on AliExpress for a much cheaper price, and it actually arrives. So you should definitely try that.****,*****.

      Their customer service is terrible. Their printed hours on the website are not correct: they are closed on the weekends and they say they are open during the weekend. Worse, they sent the wrong order and i've wasted most of the morning trying to return them via ****** will never order from them again. this is FRAUD

      They artificially inflating their sales with "tasks". They claimed I'd be helping with data entry but in retrospect it was very fishy so stopped after training. Fraudulent company.

      I returned some clothes and received the confirmation the return was on the way. However after few months, I did not receive the refund. I emailed them and they cannot investigate it. Shame on them!

      FF didnt accept my return/issue my refund because of a CARTON BOX. My issue definitely had a solution, and ff didnt show any empathy or even the slightest effort to help the customer. They saw the box was a little damaged since the return tags were glued there but didnt even open the box to see the product was intact and in perfect condition. Their reason is that some customers may use these boxes as collection pieces. I got UGGs, not a vintage Cartier watch. I am very mad and disappointed, and because of this, FF has lost my family and friends as customers. INCREDIBLY BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE BUYING WITH YOU.

      I ordered a few items from Farfetch, when I received the package and opened, I noticed the box was not sealed very well. I opened and an item was missing. I am not sure if they forgot to pack the missing item or if someone stole it since the box wasn't sealed tightly. I reached out to Farfetch's customer service immediately and it took them two weeks to investigate. The conclusion is that since I didn't report any damage at the time of receiving the box, they cannot refund me. So they are blaming me, the customer, for not opening the whole package up in front of the *** delivery person to ensure all the items were in the package. The package does not require a signature so what if I was not home - how would I have been able to open the box and ensure all items were in the box in front of the delivery person? Order # UJDXJE Beware of shopping with Farfetch. They're a horribly serviced drop shipper who doesn't care about customer service. I will never shop with them again and have warned all of my friends the same.
