Ive had multiple ongoing issues with GOAT that have gone unresolved and have been met with poor or no communication.Initially, I purchased a pair of shoes that were sent to me but they were the wrong size. Despite not wearing the shoes and following all return guidelines, my return request was denied. I was only given two options: to either resell the shoes through GOATs platform or pay to have them shipped back to me. Neither of these options seemed fair given that the error the shoes were never worn. I reluctantly chose to resell them through GOAT, but after sending the shoes in, I received no confirmation that they were listed, and there has been zero communication about the current status of my item. I have reached out to GOATs customer service multiple times with no response.This entire process has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After careful review of your concerns regarding the Maison ****** ******** ******** 23 OG Sole Canvas Low 'Black White' purchased, we understand you requested to return this item due to the shoes not fitting.
When our warehouse team received the returned shoes, they flagged the return as the shoes had signs of being tried on and the insoles of the shoes were dirty. Kindly understand that per our return policy, Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by GOAT, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included.

Since the shoes were returned in a different condition that they were sent out in, the return was denied. At that time, we notified you with your options moving forward which was to list the item for sale on GOAT to recoup your funds, or have them shipped back to you. We also mentioned to select how you would like to move forward with the order in the GOAT app since this is an action that must be done on the customers end.
Our team provided this information to you multiple times when you reached out asking for an update. The first email was sent when the return was denied which was 02/28/25. When you reached out to our support team, we sent another email with this information on 03/03/25 and again on 03/20/25 with the most recent email with this information being sent on 04/08/25. If you are not receiving these emails, we suggest checking your junk/spam folder as we can confirm that we have been communicating with you regarding your concerns.
The shoes are still currently consigned to your account and are in a pending status as we must wait for you to list the item as this is not something we can do on your behalf. If you would like to list the item for sale, kindly go to your 'Inactive Listings' on your GOAT app or go to Consigned to view your listing. From there, you should be able to activate the listing.

I bought sneakers on March 18 and paid for pre authentication, and priority shipping. They did not inform me that my package was going to come from ***** the whole purpose for me to get the sneakers pre-authorized. Is for me to get my sneakers faster if I knew my order was going to come internationally I wouldve went with **** and chose aUnited States based seller. After my shipment sat at US customs for almost 4 weeks. Now, US customs are shipping it back to GOAT They are refusing to issue me a refund and telling me that I must sellthe sneakers on their platform to recoup my money. **************** is biased, take almost a week to reply. Very unprofessional service I request this business to be investigated in the way they do business it seems HIGHLY scam-like. They do not process returns fairly a non-final sale item is being refused consideration for refund. Everything about this business is sketchy. They only have email only customer service no phone lines. I asked 4-5 times to speak with a manager nobody treated my concern seriously. I raised very fair concerns and expressed the false advertising. These are all very valid points I am not asking for a lot. I have initiated a proper return within the respected time frame. Date of Incident: September 19, 2024 Order Number: #********* Amount: $312.52 I have been a loyal customer of ********************** since 2017 and have had no prior issues until 2024. On September 19, 2024, I purchased a pair of Air ****** 4 White Thunder in size 8.5 for $312.52. The shoes were delivered to my address on September 26, 2024. Unfortunately, the size was too large, so I submitted a return request the same day. GOAT approved the return and provided a prepaid return label. I mailed the shoes back, and they were delivered to GOATs return facility at ***********************************************************************GOAT confirmed receipt of the return and issued a GOAT credit of $241.08 on October 2, 2024.Since then, I have made several attempts to use the issued credit. My first attempt was on October 13, 2024, for a purchase totaling $185.21. The order was cancelled due to a problem processing payment, despite the fact that I was using the GOAT credit issued by the company. Similar failed attempts occurred on November 11, 2024, February 1, 2025, and February 3, 2025.I submitted multiple support tickets with no resolution. On April 5, 2025, I finally received a response stating that my account had been flagged for unauthorized activity, which is completely inaccurate. All forms of payment used and shipping addresses listed on my account belong to me. I have never had a return issue prior to this incident and have always complied with GOATs *********** a result, I am currently unable to access or use the GOAT credit that was rightfully issued to me following an approved return. I am rejecting this response because:GOAT is now claiming that my account was placed on hold on April 3, 2025, due to alleged unauthorized activity. However, the issue with my GOAT credit has been ongoing since October 2024 nearly six months prior to any account hold. If my account was only placed on hold in April 2025, what explains the repeated failures to use my GOAT credit dating back to October 2024?
Furthermore, the most recent order I placed on April 3, 2025, was for a black Essentials hoodie. This order was made by me using the same debit card and shipping address Ive consistently used for past successful purchases. There has never been any unauthorized activity on my part. All transactions have been initiated by me, with my verified payment method and shipping information.
Also, you are now advising me to respond through support ticket #********. I was the last person to respond in that thread, and I have not received any reply from your support team since.
This situation continues to be unresolved. I am still unable to use the GOAT credit issued for an approved return, and I have received no valid explanation as to why my account is restricted or why my credit has been inaccessible since October 2024. I am simply seeking to use the credit I was rightfully issued or to receive a full refund for my original order.

Better Business Bureau:I would like to address one final point regarding the order placed on October 13, 2024, totaling $185.21. This order should not have been declined due to insufficient funds. At the time, I had an available GOAT credit of $241.08, which was more than enough to fully cover the purchase. This further demonstrates that the credit issued to me was faulty from the beginning.
Throughout this process, GOAT has offered shifting explanations including claims of unauthorized activity on April 1, 2025, and other unsubstantiated reasons in an attempt to justify the inability to resolve this issue in a timely and appropriate manner.
As a long-standing customer who has never had a prior issue, I am deeply disappointed with how this entire ordeal was handled. Rather than taking accountability, GOAT repeatedly deflected blame and, even in the final response, implied fault on my end with comments such as insufficient funds. That is both inaccurate and frustrating.
While I do appreciate the refund that was rightfully owed to me, I must emphasize that the overall customer service experience was unacceptable. I hope GOAT will take this as constructive feedback to improve future service and issue handling.

I purchased a pair of sneakers (Onitsuka Mexico 66 Kill Bill 2023) for a total of $163.75 ($149 before taxes and fees). The order was confirmed and the seller had everything ready to be delivered within 48 hours. But, I never received an email that confirmed my delivery to I went to check and I see that my order was back into only confirmed status and not ready to be delivered (GOATs system) so I reached out to them by email. They got back to me within ******************************************************************** another pair or a refund (which I do not want, I want my product). ***** hours later (today, and a week after my payment went through) they refunded it and did not fulfill my order. I went to repurchase the item and now its $205 before tax. This price change lets me know my purchase was deliberately canceled in order to increase the sale price. I only bought the sneakers because the price was lower than their competitors like ******. Now Im left with no product and prices have increased on both GOAT and other sites, also I lost over a week of time waiting for a product I would never receive. In the pictures i sent you can tell it look like someone open the box before i got them and taped it back up. On Monday, March 31, 2025, I purchased a pair of ************ Trainer HUARACHE Onyx sneakers, size 13, order number: *********, from GOAT. I paid for "Next Day Air" shipping. I received notification that the package had been delivered. My mom has been home. She informed me that no package had been delivered. Upon arriving home from work, I, also, realized that the package had not been delivered. **** sent a picture of where they left the package near a glass door with a plant showing on the inside of the premises. That house is definitely not my house. I actually looked up and down the block on my street. No house resembles that photograph on my block. ****, the delivering agency said the driver delivered the package to *********************. My address is *********************!! How that mistake was made is a mystery to me. The package was left outside of *********************. I went to that building and could not find any glass doors resembling the picture left by ****. I've done my part. I contacted GOAT and asked for another pair of sneakers or a refund. They said, "No, because the package was delivered." But to whom? I spent $411.28 for them to tell me that they can't do anything for me. This is unreasonable and unfair. It's not my responsibility to make sure that the package is delivered to me, as the consumer. I placed an order for a supreme box logo orange hoodie on the GOAT app. Theyre a global marketplace based out of *********** ( 1661, Inc. (doing business as GOAT). The price inflated and the order that was placed and confirmed never got packaged or shipped. They canceled my order without my consent after I told them not to. Here is the review I left in there customer support chat. Which is the only way to contact them:Why was my order cancelled? The week I purchased that hoodie I literally didnt get lunch at work for a week to re-up on my money. And I saved for over a month to get the hat and hoodie together. Why was it listed as available if it wasnt available? It definitely was and it still is. I purchased a NEW UNUSED supreme box logo hoodie from GOAT. You reimbursed me for the hoodie but not the saving the week without work lunch or the stress. I dont understand. Do you want customers to feel secure buying from your global marketplace? Because this is bad business. My names *** and I have paranoia and I believe the price went up and you neglected to send my hoodie and take it upon yourself to cancel MY order so that I can try and re-buy it with the inflated price. I promise if I dont get my hoodie were leaving reviews on everything. And if I find out I can take legal action I definitely will. go on stadium goods or another marketplace like yourselves and buy it from there. ****** it. And send it to me. After careful review of your concerns regarding the Supreme Box Logo Hooded Sweatshirt 'Dark Orange' purchased, our system shows that the shipment was never sent by the seller, therefore, the order has been canceled. We searched for a replacement seller with this item, but regrettably, we were unable to find a replacement seller to accept this order.
A full refund of $211.75 was issued to your original payment method on 03/31/25 at 1:32pm PDT. Those funds should be back in your ****** account within 14 business days.
Please understand that as a marketplace, GOAT relies on sellers to confirm and complete orders. Since the items are in the seller's possession, they can choose to cancel an order for their own reasons. When these occurrences happen, sellers are penalized in our effort to lessen these issues and may even be suspended from selling on GOAT.
Additionally, sellers list their own items and set their own prices. GOAT does not control the listing price for items, as we do not own these products. The pricing you are seeing for this item now is not controlled by GOAT and cannot be changed by GOAT.
Per our Terms of Use, "We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion." This also applies to when sellers cancel orders, and the order is ultimately canceled as we do not have a replacement seller that chose to accept the order.

I didnt accept because I still feel that I was wronged and cheated. Aside from that an apology and refund doesnt do anything for me when you take into consideration the mental strain, stress and the week without food at work I endured to be able to save and purchase the item that was listed by GOAT as available in multiple sizes. I believe I attached the correct recordings and images of chat and dates. I looked online to see if the price would drop or increase on any other marketplaces with my group and it was stable until the day they canceled my order without my consent after I explicitly asked them to not cancel it unless it was fake or used. Then to find out after weeks of trying to get support through them and eventually contacting you that they have terms that allow them to basically do whatever they please. Most people dont have the time or patience to read small text or pages of terms of use. Like me. Time is money and theyve been taking my time since 3/13/25 when the order was confirmed. Ive typed this message and said the same thing over and over so much Im tired of typing it and it has affected my mental health. Im copying this message because like last time I expect this message not to send several times unless I remove the attachments and text. Lets see Im adding screen record now. And as expected It didnt work. Lets try with just the text and no attachments. Although I think thats unfair and unjust because the evidence is there. Oh well I guess. As mentioned, the order was cancelled as the seller did not ship the item in the required time. We attempted to find an alternative seller offering the same item, however, no sellers were able to fulfill the order within the required timeframe, resulting in the order being canceled.
Since the order has been canceled and a full refund has already been processed, there are no additional actions we can take at this time.
Additionally, our policies regarding order cancellations were made available to you prior to your purchase. Please note that the responsibility for knowledge gaps lies with the individual and not GOAT.

There was and are more sellers for that hoodie. Especially within the timeframe they had to find it. We buy and sell clothes so me and our team are always looking for drops and fashionable in general. Once I figure out how to add attachments youll see. Or you could just check yourself. Im copying this again just in case with the recording. The fact of the matter is I trusted this business and they held the item until the price increased to cancel it. I gave goat money for an item they had available in multiple sizes. They took the money. Held the money for well past the expected packaging date and longer after an employee Mich told me it should be 3 more days. And 4 days later my order was cancelled and the price increased. They cheated me of an item I want and paid for with hard earned and saved money and time. Held my money. Wasted my time. And all they offer is an apology and money back. That does nothing for my distress and the time I wasted saving and waiting for something that I jumped through loops and hoops to find and figure out through crappy customer support agents for literally months. Just admit it. And nobody has time to sit and search and find and read small text and pages of terms and conditions. Ive never had this issue with ****** or ***** If they mess up they admit it and right the situation. Who would expect an established BBB affiliate business to take someone hard earned money, hold it, and waste their time for weeks before telling them out a term of use and sending a link? Again time is money. Im seeking the same repercussions as I started with.
