  I purchased watches/wristlet bundles in 11/2023. Received them on 12/26/2023. The items are not like the advertised pictures. The two people the items were purchased for DO NOT like them at all. I have sent multiple emails to their support email address and they respond with how can they fix it, send pictures of the items. I don't want it fixed. I want my money back. I've sent the pictures as well. I have screenshots of all email correspondence. But they will NOT provide the information to return and get my money back. I believe they're trying to make this go past their 30 day return policy from date of delivery. **************** is HORRENDOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL, and the company should be shut down.

  A $70 pair of overalls made of umbrella type materials, over all quality is Trash. How can this be legal? Site must be taken down.

  Ordered on 11.8.23 and still don't have order. *** from customer service responds to my emails but each time she says I'll contact factory to rush order. I told her yesterday you always tell me.that she responded with, they don't answer me either. She said she will pay my order and give a refund. I paid on 11.8.23 and was told I could only get half back if I requested a refund. This company customer service is awful and they don't care about there customer. My order still says PROCESSING.

  Horrible return policy horrible clothing. I spent $100 for my son and everything is three times smaller than it should be and disgusting quality. It said that returns were super easy thats why I ordered from this company, not super easy at all. Asked for my money back and where to ship the product they told me that it would cost more to ship the product so keep it and have 40% off . So they took $100 of my money and now they want to take more money from me. It is deplorable.I am currently fighting with them to try to get my money back but now that Im reading I see its probably never gonna happen.

  Ordered a watch and it looked like play jewelry so I wanted to send it back. Was told I needed to pay return shipping. Over 2 months later they're telling me they can't refund my money be because I didn't pay customs. I don't even know how to go about that!!! I just want my refund!!!!

  How I'm going to send the package if I told you before I do not have it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. if I don't receive my money back I will report this as a fraud and scam, because, it sound like a scam.I REPEAT MYSELF AGAIN, I DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE. THE UNIUNI LOGISTICS THAT YOU ALL USE LOST IT.This Helloice is a scam and a fraud. Can some one do something about it. I'm going back and forth with them because the logistics company they used UniUni delivery ***************** is the worst in the world and they lost my packages. Now, Helloice want me to return something that I do not to be able to get my money back. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF MORRONS.

  Terrible quality clothing and misleading return policy. I feel fooled and cheated by this company. I VERY rarely leave reviews, but I am furious with the outcome of my purchase here and feel robbed. I purchased a tshirt and a hooded sweatshirt for my teenage son on 10/2/23 (total cost $67.98). The quality is absolutely shameful. The fabric, the fit, and the screenprint on the front are all extremely bad. I sent a request to Helloice asking to start the return process (as per their policy). I got an email back asking that I send them "photos for the real item you received" and they would "try their best to help me solve this problem."I sent photos as requested, and their response was that due to high cost of returning the items, they would offer that I do not return the items and they will give me a "40% off coupon for my next order." I would never order anything ever again from this website, given the horrible quality and run-around I'd already received trying to return the items.I declined their offer to give me a coupon, stating that I will pay the return cost and want a refund. Their response was "our returning shipping address is in *****... shipping cost is high...customs duties that you need to pay..." which would be more than the total cost of my items. They ask AGAIN to have me keep the shirts (that we would NEVER wear) and they would give me a 40% off coupon for my next purchase, OR I can keep the items and the will give me back "20% of the order cost." That's $13.60. Ridiculous. So I have no choice but to accept this shameful offer and lose $54 on two garbage shirts that will go to the Goodwill. I wish I could post pictures here.And I wish I could leave less than a star.

  Oh my goodness. One of the worse experience I ever had. Im big on customer service and they have the worse. So my situation was, I accidentally ordered my item twice. This was suppose to be a surprise for my boyfriend. When I got the first ring, it *******. So I simply wanted an Even exchange. Same product, different size. Note, there was no customization, engrave wear or tare to the ring. Simple return..No. I had to get in contact with customer service for a return address. They wouldnt give it to me., Remind you, I brought 2 rings that I now have no use for. They offer a discount for the 3rd ring but no return for the other 2.? They claim they offer 30 day back return. Thats BULL so now Im out $400. These people robbed me. Thats how I feel. They can have this c*** I want my money.

  I would give them zero stars. Ordered a chain and it was defective, when I inquired about returning it they wouldnt let me, instead offered me a coupon for me next order. Unbelievable. They advertise ******************************************************************** more to return it than what I paid for the chain. Dont make the mistake of spending your money buying anything from them! Horrible Horrible Horrible!

  Scam scam scam. Don't do it. That is all. Zero Starz
