  I've ordered my dress 1 month ago and still nothing. They did deduct the money from my bank account within days of placing the order and I have no way to get in touch with them bc I don't have an order number.

  1. They sent me the wrong dress 2. I read the website and returned the dress to the address listed on the website for returns 3. I emailed them to tell them about it 4. They are telling me now due to some warehouse issues that I have to send the dress to *****- AFTER I already returned the dress to the address listed for returns on the website 5. Someone signed for the dress at the return address and picked it up.6. I have no dress and no refund.I was scammed I have all pictures and emails to prove it. How do I escalate this review???

  Terrible quality and the customer service is worse than the clothes. The return Policy is a joke and they will inky provide store credit for more of their poor quality products.

  ****. That wont send your dress until long after your prom. They have no customer service. You can't get a refund. I will NEVER buy from them again.

  I placed an order on September 9th and it was never shipped. I canceled the order on September 29th and was told I would receive a full refund in 10 days. That never happened, reached out again and was told I would receive it in 5 days. That never happened either, ended up disputing it with the credit card company. I would strongly discourage buying anything from them.

  Our complaint appears similar to that of others who have responded here. My daughter ordered a dress, and tried it on upon delivery, it didn't fit, so we repackaged it and returned it immediately. Initially, it was credited then sent back to us indicating that they couldn't accept it because it was worn or damaged. Upon closer review, it did appear there was a small stain behind the tag- which I hadn't noticed when she had tried it on. So essentially, either we initially received a soiled dress, or the dress was soiled upon THEIR receipt. Either way, attempts to resolve this matter were not made and they refused to reconsider accepting the dress or even offer store credit. Needless to say, this is the last transaction we'll be making with this business. I understand their need to guard against fraud but the "he said/she said" policy is not in the best interest of the buyer.

  Trash clothes and a scam of a return policy. Be very careful and check their return policy. They can take 3 weeks to ship items and if you dont like them you only get a credit to spend. I have NEVER heard of a company doing this. If I didnt like the clothes why would I want a store credit!

  I ordered a dress for my daughter. The material was terrible and see through in part of it. The dress is also cut oddly making the dress too small. I tried to return within 6 days of receiving the garment but theyll only give me store credit. This was not clearly explained when I purchased the dress. I do not want a store credit. I want my money back. I have expressed this via email to their customer service but they have not been helpful and refuse to refund my money.

  SCAMMERS! Actually, ZERO stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming dance from Lucy in the Sky, and the stated ship date was September 13th. The dress didn't ship until September 20th so didn't arrive in time for the event on the 21st. My daughter tried on the dress in hopes of wearing it to a volleyball banquet since it arrived a full week after the dance, keeping the tags intact and didn't even leave her bedroom with the dress on. The material was like a scratchy tablecloth and the fit was unfortunate.The problems continued after I returned the unworn dress (unless trying it on for less than one minute is "worn"). I was told my return was denied and that Lucy in the Sky would return the dress to me at my expense. After much arguing via email and after an ignored request to call a human contact with the company, I've given up. Lost $50+ to these scammers. My bank advised me to monitor my account for additional charges from Lucy in the Sky and file a fraud claim if more charges appear.

  If I could give ZERO stars, I would! We ordered two dresses for my daughter's high school homecoming dance thinking that we would send either one or both of them back if they did not fit. One dress was green, the other white. Before the dresses arrived, we discovered that only Seniors were supposed to wear white to homecoming. When the package arrived, we DID NOT REMOVE THE WHITE DRESS FROM THE LUCY IN THE SKY PACKAGING and immediately returned it.Then I received a message from Lucy in the Sky stating they were NOT issuing a refund and WERE SENDING THE DRESS BACK BECAUSE IT APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN WORN! I have reached out several times to Lucy in the Sky, and big surprise, no response. We received a package today from them, which I am assuming is the white dress; however, I am NOT going to open it since I do plan on returning it back to them.Parents -- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
