      I placed order GSU11K64T00XJA1 with shein on April 15, 2025 and I was given tracking number **********************.I ordered a 50 Qt Turkey Deep Fryer Set, **************** Burner Stand.The day the order was to arrive I received a notification that it was delivered in or at my mailbox. I instantly knew something was wrong because a 50qt pot and burner will not fit in a mailbox, it can't be left at the mailbox because it will be in the street, and my mail lady ******* leaves all my large packages on my porch.I contacted the post office first and they let me know the street location of the package with the tracking number I was given and also the weight of the package. The weight was only 11oz so that's definitely not what I ordered. The post office said I was given the wrong tracking number or scammed by shein.I contacted shein and gave them the post office proof (on letterhead) that what I ordered was not delivered to me, but they are not willing to help me. I've received the same automated response from different agents. I did not receive the goods that I purchased and want a FULL REFUND! SHEIN is notorious for doing this and its ridiculous. I order this as a gift for my dad and it's heartbreaking to be scammed out of my money.

      I returned few products that did not fit me, and when the agent asked if I would like the refund to be toward my SHEIN wallet or payment method, I said wallet. However, right after the refund was issued my account was suspended for no reason. After contacting the customer service many times they kept saying it got suspended due to a suspicious activity and no further explanation was given. Eventually I contacted them again asking for a refund of the balace I had in the wallet to be issued to my payment method, and they asked why and I mentioned that my account got suspended for no reason and that I cant use my money. They only said once again that the account is suspended due to suspicious behavior and no further explanation was given about my refund.

      Never received my package. Shein continues to use speedx for deliveries despite knowing they are stealing and and not delivering packages.

      I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from SHEIN to be returned. Received 2 return codes. At *** only 1 return code was used. Im trying to REACH SHEIN to make them understand that both pairs of shoes in their original box have been returned in 1 Box I submitted the return receipt from *** and added both Order numbers. 1 pair of shoes was refunded. SHEIN is very hard to reach. The robot is useless. Not getting any answer to countless approaches.

      they are not delivering my package and saying it was a failure to deliver. The carrier is speed X and it was out for delivery yesterday all day and now they're saying they couldnt deliver it.

      On Mar 29, i purchased clothing and it never arrived. I notified both SHEIN and the shipping company that my package had not arrived within the delivery timeframe. The shipping company never responded and shein stated that they would provide a refund. Since requesting the refund, they have avoided the subject and do not address it. Everytime I message them for a refund, **** *** totally not a fake name) the senior supervisor apologizes for the inconvenience and advises to reach out again if you have any other questions or concerns.. COMPLETELY dismisses the fact that im requesting a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

      SHEIN, involving the non-delivery of merchandise totaling over $400 and an unacceptable lack of customer support and accountability.I placed a large order, consisting of over 48 items, and was excited for what I believed would be a seamless experience. Unfortunately, more than 85% of my order never arrived.SHEINs site says go figure out where the package wentperhaps with the carrier, in my neighborhood, or somewhere else. This is entirely unacceptable. I have received dozens of packages from SHEIN and other companies at this same address without issue.Customer Service Failures:There is no live customer service available. I used their chat system multiple times. I either received no response or was met with a bot It is unacceptable and arguably unethical for a company to take payment for goods, hand them off to a third-party carrier, and then absolve itself of all responsibility
