      On September 27th 2020 I submitted an order for two items and then a separate order for a third item which that one was received, but not the initial 2 items which was a pieces of clothing. They gave me Order GSHMS000000D5M. They said I would receive my order around October 16th. But on October 5th I got an email saying that my items were delivered. I went to my mailbox an there was nothing in there. I emailed SHEIN 3 times bout it and did not receive anything back. I filed a claim with **** Claim ******** on October 6th and **** has not even had the courtesy to email me back, called me or left a voicemail. My two initial items were never delivered and I highly doubt those items were ever shipped since **** never marks anything delivered if it wasn't scanned. I submitted a refund request online to just send the items back if they are lost and to refund me the money. It was a total of $34.25 for two items. I need this money to be refunded back. I never got the items and the reviews online shows this happening. Them not even shipping the products. There is no actual person you an hat with or call.       I received clothes from Shein and 4 of the items did not fit so I followed their refund policy and process and I sent the items back on on Tuesday, August 25 2020. I received confirmation from Shein on 9/3/2020 that my refund is processed and would be credited to my account. I have never received my refund. There is not an email or phone number to call and check on my refund. All they have is a Bot that sends automatic responses. I have been trying for two weeks on the site to get a response an my money back and a response from the company.       I mailed the items I wanted to return and get a refund for from Shein on 7/27/2020. The order was shipped on 7/18/2020 and received by me about 5 days later. So my return was within their return policy timeline. However, my account still shows that my return is pending and it hasn't been received by Shein yet. I followed all of the instructions for how to return my package and it still haven't been delivered to them? I believe that they have received my return but still have not processed it 2 months later. The return amount was about $54 but now it says the status of my return is "closed".       Order was not delivered. Contacted **** they said they delivered packed for order # GSHM7900W000CBB , I am currently still paying through Afterpay! There is no way I can contact SheIN because they have eliminated all contact information on the website. This is terrible for business. Almost $200.00 has gone down the drain and no one seems to care about it. The customer service team is awful. I just want my items replaced otherwise I will cancel after pay and dispute fraudulent charges. This is completely unacceptable. Especially on behalf of the SheIN team. Trying to persuade my sister into cancelling her order now because of such bad business practices.

      I processed my return but there is no way to get them label to send my items back. I follow the instructions exactly as they're stated on the website but the introductions are wrong. There is no customer service phone number. It says there is live chat except you ** ant actually talk to anyone. It's computerized and just bounces you around. There is no way to speak with anyone so if you have an order or return issue you are just out of luck. Now I'm stuck with $100+ worth of clothes that I can't wear or return.       Shein completely lied to me they have violated my consumer rights. They also have false advertising as well. I made a order on October 22nd and it was supposed to been October 26th the order was to arrived November 5th or 6th they never shipped my items lied about my shipment date had sent no valid tracking number to **** without the items nothing was ever scanned. MY END GOAL IS TO SHUT DOWN THIS FRAUDULENT ONLINE BUSINESS. I DID NOT GET MY ITEMS. I DID NOT GET MY REFUND. I DID NOT GET ANY CONFIRMATION EMAILS AT ALL FOR MY ORDER. I DID NOT GET THE SERVICE I PAID FOR THE NEVER DID EXPRESS DELIVERY ON THIS ORDER.
