    I ordered 2 hair erasers from Bleame on 2/2/23. My teen daughter and I both read the instructions and follower the directions for sensitive skin. Both my daughter and i developed rashes like rug ***** and I immediately began contacting customer support via the website. I did not get a response until 2/24. I began corresponding with someone named "****" about my experience, but she never provided a mechanism for returning the product or receiving a refund. I continued to email daily for a week before filing a complaint here. Total paid: $60

    I ordered a Hair Eraser from Bleame on 2/15/23, order #******. I paid a total of $44.95 shipping included. The product irritated my skin and I can no longer use it. I followed their instructions carefully and did as was mentioned, but my skin turned bright red and got bumpy after using their product. I want a full refund as stated on their website. However, despite advertising that refunds are hassle free, they state that returns are complete between 30 - 40 business days. Additionally, I would NOT be getting a full refund as stated on their website. I've attached screenshots of this. In the correspondence they said I would only receive a refund on manufacturing and production costs. This is not mentioned on their "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" and they are falsely advertising a money back guarantee and an easy return process. I'd like a full refund of this product as it's not ideal for me and my skin.

    November 14th 2022 Totalling $53.15 with shipping. This company has a 30 day guarantee, if you don't like it you send it back for a refund. Their product made my hair follicles bleed so I contacted them on November 29th for a refund. They asked for pictures of the affected area which made me very uncomfortable. Then instead of letting me send it back they were going to give me a partial refund so I didn't have to worry about the hassle of sending it back. I was assured I would get my money within 25 business days. It's now 2/28/23 and no refund. I've contacted them multiple times was mostly ignored. I was told on 2 different occasions it was being escalated and I would receive my refund in 2-3 business days. The last time I was told this was 2/8/23. Still no refund. At this point I just want my full refund of $47.20 and I would happily send this awful product that is clearly not backed by the company back

    My order number is ****** and I ordered with the company on 11/28. I let them know IMMEDIATELY after the product did not perform as advertised. They said they would issue me a refund in December and it is now going into March.

    On 11/25/22 I placed ORDER ****** For 2 crystal **** erasers at the price of $47 through my PayPal. The product was terrible and I asked them to honor their warranty. They offered me a half price refund instead, saying I wouldn't have to return the product. This which worked out better because shipping would have been MORE expensive. After several follow up emails, because they were not responding, they agreed to refund me the $23 50 on 1/11/23. They said I would receive it in **** business days on my original form of payment. I've emailed them twice since then with no response. I'm already angry by how terrible their product is AND the fact that I lost half of my money. Now I can't even get back the little money they've promised. It has been such a headache and has required SO many emails. I want my $23.50!!

    I placed Order # ****** for $81.90 on December 23, 2022. The company, Bleame, advertises at "30 night risk free trial" on their website, so I felt safe trying a new product knowing that I could return it with no hassle. I used the product, which is a hair removal device, and it injured my skin. On 1/5/2023, I emailed them to initiate a return of the item. "****" at Bleame wrote back on 1/5 asking for photos of the injury, which I immediately sent. Instead of processing my refund, they attempted to make a deal on 1/6. They offered (1) a gift card equal to the purchase price of the order; or (2) a 50% refund and I could keep the product (which injured me). I wrote back requesting the deal they advertise: a refund if returned within 30 days. They did not respond. I wrote again and they responded with shipping information. Per their instructions, I paid for shipping and returned it to 451 ************, Set *****************************. The package was delivered on 1/11/23 based on tracked shipment.I wrote Bleame on 1/17 telling them that the package was delivered to them and gave them the tracking info to prove it. They write back saying once they've received the item, they will process my refund. I hear nothing and finally email them again on 1/29 inquiring about my refund. On 1/31, they confirm that they receive the product back and will process my return shortly. I write them again on 2/7 and 2/10 when no refund is received. They do not respond. That is when I begin to see a ton of posts on their social media from other people having the same problems getting their refunds back. One woman says that the only way she was able to get a response was by posting negative reviews on their social media accounts, so I do this. This triggers Bleame to write me back on 2/14 with the same message others are complaining about online: that "my refund is currently delayed due to our processing system" and that they will expedite processing. It is 2/25 and I haven't received anything.

    I ordered a crystal **** eraser from Bleame and the product ended up not doing what it was advertised to do. The product claimed to painlessly remove unwanted **** and gently exfoliate skin, but instead, it gave my skin bad ***** after using as instructed. They had also said that they would give a full refund within 30 days but now they are saying it is a full refund of production costs, which is about 70% and a far cry from a full refund. They are making unproven clinical claims and they also remove all negative comments from their page and social media websites, making it hard for people to find honest reviews quickly. My skin issue *** become a medical issue due to false advertising, and they have refused to give me a full refund as they had said they would on their website.

    I purchased the ********************** from Bleame on January 1, 2023 (see attached image of my order history). I used it one time and realized the product was not a good match for me. As advertised on their website (****************************************************), Bleame offers a "30-Day Guarantee." They specifically write that "if you're not satisfied with your results, we'll give you a refund within 30 days upon delivery and receipt of order" (see attached image of Bleame's refund and return policy webpage). I contacted Bleame on January 14, 2023 about returning the product for a full refund, which they agreed to (see attached PDF of email correspondence). I shipped my items back to the address the Bleame representative provided me on January 21, 2023 and **** reported it as delivered on January 23, 2023 (see attached PDFs of **** receipt and tracking). Thus, the product was returned in less than 30 days from when it was ordered. I still had not received my refund on February 2, 2023, which I brought to the attention of the ***** representative I had been in correspondence with. I was told, "We have already sent a follow-up to our billing team and asked them to prioritize your refund." However, it has now been more than 30 days since my return was received and I have yet to receive any refund. I also have not received any updates on the status of my refund despite my multiple inquiries since that date. I have sent four emails since February 2, 2023 and have not received a single response over the past 20 days (almost 3 weeks!). I am requesting a full refund, and I feel I deserve compensation for the delay, failure to abide by their return and refund policy, and lack of communication and professionalism as well.

    I purchased a hair removal product from Bleame for 45$ with a 30day money back guarantee. Upon use I received ***** on my skin and immediately requested to return the product. The response I got ignored my return request and instead suggested I should try the product again in a week or two and also wanted photos of my legs. I responded I was not comfortable with that and Id like a refund and to return the product and that I was willing to dispute this. Theyve since ignored my emails. They also delete any negative comments on social media.
