            This product does not work as it should. I used it twice back to back didnt even clean what it was supposed to have cleaned. Didn't do what it was supposed to have. It did not foam up like it was supposed to. This is a ripoff in a scam. I do not recommend this product to anybody. It is your waste of money. Go buy you some CLR it works better. I paid over $45 for two bags of this product. Its a waste of my time and money to even try to request a *** knowing that youre not gonna get with your need to get back-on false advertisement. 4W733170T5588361Y Is my transaction number. You say you do not take open packages but the product failed. I ordered two so how am I supposed to return to get my complete moneyback? So if I return one and I purchased two, does that mean Im only gonna get one returned at my cost so Im only gonna get-a partial refund and I have to pay for everything They also stated that you may have to use it multiple times well I have less than a quarter of a bag where I have clean toilets multiple times for a product that did not work. You know it really frustrates people when they spend their spouses hard earned money to try to keep a place clean and neat. you come up with products like this trusting that the consumers will buy your product not knowing that its false advertisement. I shouldve done research. You know you should trust your terms when you buy product but you put your terms in knowing that your product is no good. Thats ******* terms are stated as they are for a refund.

            If there was no star I would rate no star. It is total Scam. False advertise! There is no such foaming or anything. Its sane cleaning product that you can buy in any store in cheap rate. I suggest noone to buy this product. They charge you for return.

            A waste of money The product does not foam up and does not clean, in my case, the toilet. The videos showing the the toilet bowl foaming is a total scam.This company should be sued for false advertising.

I still have an almost full bag of the product.This cost me ***** plus tax. She told me they would not refund or take the product back.I think they should honor their product.

            The cleaner does not work as shown it the online ad. It is as good as the average bathroom cleaner you get at the store. The customer service gives you the run around. You only have 30 days from the day of delivery to return your product but you can return any open product. I bought a two pack (BOGO) promotion. Im returning the one I didnt open. Ive been asking for the return code and address for over a week now and they keep dragging out the process until its too late for me to send it back. They also charge a restocking fee and wont pay for shipping. Ill be lucky if I get half my money back if its *received* in time. Dont order this product or anything from this company.

            This is a SCAM. The product doesn't work. The company has been set up to make it look legitimate but it's just another internet rip-off. It did NOTHING, not a THING. Their product support said that maybe my water is too soft. I have very hard water. They said maybe the water level in the commode was not high enough. I had already stuffed rags in the thing to be sure the water level was to the top. Then they said that I should add some vinegar to the NEW IMPROVED PRODUCT. Finally, they said they would return HALF of the purchase price. I told them that they would send me ALL of my money because I paid for a package of blue powder. That was the last I heard of these con-artists.

            I bought several Packages last year (15 packages each contained 350 g and I paid $45.-- for a;; of them, I liked the product, they did the job, and gave several to friends, they also liked the product. When I wanted to reorder this year, the price had gone up to $20. -- per package the same ***** ounces. While I liked the product,I really do not think it is worth at 5 times the price, I am sorry to say I will shop for something else, that does not increase that much over just one year, and my friends feel the same. ********* ****** As I said I liked the product but not the big increase in price

            They have misleading advertising. They sent me an email giving me a 20 dollar credit due to a previous purchase promising when I purchased another item it would be applied. I found an item already with a 60% discount. Purchased it but the credit was not added. I complained and from what I gather, they consider a discount and a credit as the same thing. You decide.
