  This is a scam. I purchased the product a year ago in January and immediately called to cancel. Did not receive any product and no money back. Filed a dispute with ******** and they temporarily credited my card then took back the funds. They told me the company was uncooperative with getting the issue resolved and they could not determine if it was fraud. I called ****** and nothing. I called Splash Foam and they told me yes we see that no product was shipped and no they could not give my money back. Total money STOLEN from me was $187.04. I am on disability and funds are limited. Any ideas from anyone? I told ****** they should not allow them to be part of ******.

  Dont waste your money. This product does not clean as advertised. Wish I had read reviews b/f ordering. Product does not bubble up n you still have to brush stains! Buy Lysol toilet cleaner in black spray bottle n save your money instead of Splash!

  This cleaner does not perform as advertised. Minimal foaming action and my toilet is still stained after 3 uses., even with their suggestions of adding vinegar to the water and baking soda. Buyer beware.

  As previously stated, I used this product 3 times. I've added baking soda and vinegar as your company suggested on 2 occasions. I purchased 2 bags, 1 of which is still unopened. Your costumer service department was not helpful. Yes, I understand I missed the 30 day return date. I thought your company would work with me. You need to clarify in your advertisements that this product does not work with certain strains and water types. It's misleading

  This product does not work as it should. I used it twice back to back didnt even clean what it was supposed to have cleaned. Didn't do what it was supposed to have. It did not foam up like it was supposed to. This is a ripoff in a scam. I do not recommend this product to anybody. It is your waste of money. Go buy you some CLR it works better. I paid over $45 for two bags of this product. Its a waste of my time and money to even try to request a *** knowing that youre not gonna get with your need to get back-on false advertisement. 4W733170T5588361Y Is my transaction number. You say you do not take open packages but the product failed. I ordered two so how am I supposed to return to get my complete moneyback? So if I return one and I purchased two, does that mean Im only gonna get one returned at my cost so Im only gonna get-a partial refund and I have to pay for everything They also stated that you may have to use it multiple times well I have less than a quarter of a bag where I have clean toilets multiple times for a product that did not work. You know it really frustrates people when they spend their spouses hard earned money to try to keep a place clean and neat. you come up with products like this trusting that the consumers will buy your product not knowing that its false advertisement. I shouldve done research. You know you should trust your terms when you buy product but you put your terms in knowing that your product is no good. Thats ******* terms are stated as they are for a refund.

  If there was no star I would rate no star. It is total Scam. False advertise! There is no such foaming or anything. Its sane cleaning product that you can buy in any store in cheap rate. I suggest noone to buy this product. They charge you for return.

  A waste of money The product does not foam up and does not clean, in my case, the toilet. The videos showing the the toilet bowl foaming is a total scam.This company should be sued for false advertising.

  The Amazon reads:The official Splash Foam Toilet Cleaner - 1 pack This toilet powder quickly foams up and cleans when exposed to water Let it sit for 30 minutes before flushing for maximum cleaning Safe to use on all toilets Weight: 12 oz.Nowhere on the package or on ****** does it say "I is for hard water only"I called the company and the lady said "this is common knowledge"I tried it 4 times with no foaming. I still have an almost full bag of the product.This cost me ***** plus tax. She told me they would not refund or take the product back.I think they should honor their product.
