      I-ordered 3 patriotic wreaths pictured and described as created from wood chips or shavings and painted in vibrant red, white and blue with the intention of giving them as gifts. They arrived June 24, 2024 and were nothing like the picture on line, Rather, they were printed on some kind of thin wood or composite and appeared as mass produced paintings in dull colors. I w would have been embarrassed to give them as gifts. I own an all occasion wreath of wood shavings so I know what they should look like. I returned the wreaths June 25, 2024 with a letter of full explanation of my disappointment and requested my funds returned. I've had no response or acknowledgement from the company.

      I purchased a pair of shoes (orthopedic sneakers) online. The transaction seemed iffy from the beginning, so I was wary of what might happen next. The tracking information sent did not work, emails from customer service were confusing and did not address my concerns, and there were other clues that the company was not what it purported to be. I emailed customer service to cancel the order and receive a refund, and they declined. I continued to ask for cancelation/refund but was told my order was in transit. The order took a full month to arrive from a foreign country. It finally arrived a month later and was a complete misrepresentation of the shoe pictured online. The shoe I received was several sizes too large, damaged, poorly constructed (the eglets for the laces did not even line up evenly, the fabric of the shoe was all misshapen and lumpy, and other defects) so this shoe could never be worn as it is not constructed to fit the human foot, of any size. I have tried communicating with this company for a refund and they refuse to refund my purchase unless I send the item back to ***** and pay all costs for shipping, customs, and so on. I believe they should refund me the entirety of the amount and if they want the item back, they should send me a pre-paid label. In speaking to customer service, the best they can offer is a 25% refund. I believe this company is acting in bad faith, fraudulently doing business as another well-known shoe company (Orthofeet) and deceiving its customers by sending cheaply manufactured "shoes" (loosely used) that are unwearable, as the product is completely unusable. This company should be reprimanded and severely sanctioned from doing business in this way. Additionally, I should receive a full refund. I have reported them to my bank, as well.The company is called Orthofit ****************************** don't know the address.       I Order a watch ultra thin (gray one) and received anotherone completely different (white) I demanding from them my money back ASAP.

      I ordered a custom whiskey glass. The glass arrived broken, a piece was missing from the top of the glass. This rendered the glass unusable to drink from. The trouble was, the missing chunk was not in the shipping box. The glass had a piece broken ogg before it was packaged. I want a refund.

      On May 19, 2024 I placed an order to what I thought was OrthoFit; however, it was a scam. I paid ***** for two pair of sandals that were "on sale." I received two notifications from "OrthoFit" about tracking and received the items on June 4, 2024. Boy, was I disappointed in the plastic shoes that I received. Nowhere on them is the OrthoFit logo and they didn't even come in boxes - just cheap plastic bags. There was no shipping notice included and I cannot locate a phone number or email anywhere. **** insists that I contact the seller before they'll lodge a dispute and give me a credit. I've found no way to contact *****************, *********************************************** other than sending a registered letter to that address, asking for a refund.

      I purchased two bras, wrong sizes and just wanted to exchange. There is nothing available to contact the business, no phone number, no email address! I am just stuck with the wrong sizes now

      Bought shoes that were way too big and wanted to find out how to return them since theres no mention on website or ******** site so reached out via email per address that is supposed customer service and also on ******** and NO RESPONSE! I want to send these back and get my money back but they are not answering any inquiries.

      On March 31st, 2024, I ordered from an internet ad Hydrogen Water Bottle from this company, in the ad it say will ship in 3 to 5 business days. On April 13th, 2024, I sent an email to customer service agent name ******************** and stated that the company advertised 3 to 5 days to ship so where was my product. I received an email back claiming they had switched shipping partners and there will be some delay. On April 25th, 2024. i sent another email asking where is the product being that now I was coming up on 30 days wait time. On the 25th of April, the same customer service rep stated that she had reached out to the fulfillment team, and they said my package was lost in transit. The rep said they could send out a new product OR I can request a refund. On the 25th of April I sent a email stating Please send me a refund because I do not want to wait for another shipment. On the 26th of April, the Rep sent a email stating she requested a refund, and she will update me when it processes. On May the 1st, 2024 I sent an email stating over 30 days no product no refund what is going on. The same Rep ******* me and say the fulfillment team did a thorough investigation and the product is lost so they sending another one!? On May 1st, 2024, I sent a email stating I would rather be refunded I do not want the product. No response so then on May 3rd, 2024, I sent an email stating she has gone silent on me and that they were determined to send me something I no longer want, and I told them in the email I would get the BBB involved. On May 9th, 2024, I told them to please refund me I do not want the product. The Rep responded, "I would like to inform you your product has been reshipped by our team and is currently on its way?! On May 13th, 2024, I received the product. Is this not incredible how they made me receive the product I told them after more than 30 days Do Not Ship.
