      Ordered this health monitor watch on Jan 7, **** because it is supposed to monitor blood sugar among other things. The watch arrived abut a week or so later. I open the package and examined the watch. It appeared to be used because of the smears on it along with the tiny debris and lint under the removable plastic protector. The sensor under the bottom wasn't even covered. There was also information on the watch that I didn't even put on there and it was set up for use with Apple's Suri. I use android products. I contacted the customer service email address as well as the exchange / return link email. The person who answered my email obviously didn't read my request for an exchange nor did the second person who told me some off the wall stuff about 'the product doesn't affect the use'. The person then said that they could only offer me a 20% refund when their little slip pf paper in the box clearly says 14 day return or exchange with 24 hour response. I contacted them a day or two after the watch arrived, making the request for a new replacement to be sent out. Evidently they all are linked together...***************************, ******************** **************************. I kept getting the run around and no solid answers, just refusals to honor their end of the deal. I assumed they had a business phone but when I went searching for it I found none. Usually I am a bit more cautious then this but I let my guard down. They should be shut down for this kind of consumer treatment.

      received a package from this company that i did not order. do not know how they have my address. I did not send any money and have not noticed any odd charges on my credit card. the item shipped was a sweat shirt in a size that no one in my house wears

      Ordered 4:womens tops from ***************** off their site on ******** a month ago. When arrived today 1/23/24, items looked nothing like they did on site. Rubbery material, way too large, and no tags on clothing. No information enclosed on how to return. When I looked up their address, *************************************************** your site came up stating BBB says this **mpany is located in ******. I looked further finding no phone number, customer service, etc. Obviously, a scam. They billed my credit card 12/29 $92.96. Your site says not BBB accredited. My question. Why would ******** have a non accredited shopping ** on their site. Shame on them!

      Order placed December 21, 2023. They advertised on ********* the boots as "Skechers". It took about 12 days to receive them and then when I did they were not the quality or name advertised. I paid for them on my paypal account. I first contacted them at info@handicraftservice.. Then received a message from aglier@handicraftservice telling me to be patient about my delivery. Then was contacted by *************************** requesting I send them photo of the label on my package and photo of the boot I received. He kept telling me not to return to the return address on the label. I sent the photos he requested to him and I still have not heard back from them. I requested to return the poor quality boots they charged me for and a full refund.

      Purchased wig on line on 12/25/23 with a guarantee return policy of 15 days from date of delivery. The wig was shipped from Zhao Meng, ***********************************************************************************. Opted to return wig unused. Website directs me to their return form which is required to obtain a return code. The form requires a reason for the return, but there is no drop down menu or field to add the reason. As a result, the form cannot be complete or continue. The website then directs me to contact ******************. I begin communicating with the company (*******************). I explain the issue with the return form and need a return code. They ask for a photo of the product. I sent the photo. They offer 15% refund. This prompted me to look up reviews where I discover many consumers feel they are being defrauded or scammed due to the same reason displaying a pattern. I would like Zhao Meng and ******* to honor their refund policy. I am willing to ship it back to where it was shipped from....***********.

      My mother-in-law purchased a mini photo printer from Print Pod via their website printpod.co as a Christmas gift. The gift did not arrive until after Christmas and so she is trying to return it but the company is refusing to allow her to return it. She has emailed them several times and I think it is AI responding not a real person. I don't even know if it's a real company - the product we received is not branded Print Pod it is branded Phomemo so I think the whole thing might be a scam. It definitely needs to be looked into. According to the website return policy, she should be able to return the new, unwrapped item within 14 days of delivery which is what she's trying to do but they're not allowing it. I will attach the email chain so that you can view the correspondence. The first attachment is the return request with photos proving date of receipt and that it is new and opened. The second attachment is the back and forth with the company. It is unacceptable and she should be *********** a full refund.

      I received a package today from ***************** *************************************************************************, I have never heard of this company or whatever it may be. The package has my complete address in it, I don't see any odd charges off of my card as of yet. I would like my information removed from their database.
