I purchased a $900 package of 10 classes on 5/7/23. During the 2nd session, I was instructed to 'push further' on an exercise and immediately screamed out in pain and had to stop. I had to get an MRI and it discovered an acute back fracture, which my Dr said just happened. I have reached out to the business on 2 occasions only asking for a refund of the 8 unused classes and both times I stop getting responses. I realize their policy says classes are good for 1 year, however-it's been 6 ********** am still in physical therapy, & am not sure when I will be cleared. It's very reasonable for me to ask for a refund, and it's the right thing to do on the businesses part. I would not like to return to a place I no longer trust, or that isn't doing the right thing. I'm only asking for unused sessions, and would like to put this all behind me.
