    Ordered an Oatey QuickDrain PVC3240D20****. I was originally sent a PVC-3240D20. Not the **** version. They quickly sent a replacement, but it was still wrong, and was part number PVC2430D20****, literally too short for my application. Over 10 emails back and forth of PlumbingOverstock continually asking for the same photos I already provided. Appalled by the service.

    I ordered 80 solid brass black painted cabinet k**** Got a good price for such a large order. Was supposed to take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery but took 2 months to finally arrive, but they look great and am happy with my purchase.

    Timely delivery, both fixed double curtain rods were in perfect condition and were easy to install. On top of everything running smoothly they have an option to request a quote and that led to an even lower price. Super happy, will shop there again.

    I purchased a replacement water filter from this company online at their website. Only AFTER they process my credit card for over $450 do they reveal that this will **** * weeks to receive. If i had any indication this would take so long I would have purchased elsewhere. What schmucks!!

    **** ordered his item 9/28/24 (Saturday) and the order was processed on our end on 9/30/24 (Monday). His order was delayed due to the manufacturer, ********* being completely sold out of the item he ordered. **** was made aware and was sent an email on 9/30/24 stating that we had a delay and he was extremely rude to my staff. On 10/7/24 we received a shipment from ********* with the *****C items and the item has been shipped and sent to ****.
