  Definitely overpriced, but the product was available when I needed it. I would order again given those same circumstances, but not if it was available elsewhere at a more reasonable price.

  When I ordered my tub it was projected to ship in 2-3 weeks. I got an email after about 2.5 weeks that it was planned to ship on that Wednesday which would have been right on time. I scheduled my contractor based on this (mistake!). Wednesday came and went with no shipping confirmation. From that point on, I was bugging them every day about when it would ship and they kept telling me within a day or two but I dont think they really knew. A week+ went by and by this time it was the week before 4th of July holiday so that caused a further delay. Ultimately, it did come about 2 weeks later than I was expecting it. However, the tub is great, I felt like the price was good, once it actually shipped it came quickly, and customer service was as helpful to me as I think they could be so I will only take off 1 star. I would just advise planning for delays and not scheduling any work until you have your items in hand. I would order from them again but I would keep this in mind.
