1 star1.) I was supposed to get roughly an additional 7K when opening my account. Never ************ I try to start redemption of all my gold since Jan 2025 - They never called back after repeated tries - then when the "proper" person called - he said he would return update me the next week. Never Happened 3.) I have written emails to my Rosland Capital *** many times - with the vast majority receiving no replies. My Gold was finally sold on March 21, 2025 And I still do not have my money. 4.) I have now lost further monies because the institution I was transferring to had to cancel my agreed upon interest rate due to not meeting a generous time-hold period. This is ridiculous. The company seems to be working a scheme to get interest on my money, How can I back a company who has lied time and time again to me. I am sure this will not be responded to by Rosland Capital. If it is - they will not completely correct their lies. Sorry - I have no trust in this company. PLEASE, PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG!!!. If I knew the BBB stats would show NO STARS as an option - I would have clicked that. My overall experience has been below even zero stars.Review fromJoseph S

5 stars**** ***** and Rosland Capital have been outstanding to deal with. I have made both gold and silver purchases with ****. He has always been totally professional and extremely helpful in answering questions and helping to expedite delivery. I expect to do more business with him and Rosland. These guys are scam artists at their best. They do anything and everything to stop you from getting your money back. It took me 76 days to get my money back and I had to get legal advice and put complaints into the BBB. It was their BBB rating they worried about the most so use them. I also filed with the ******************** and we will see what that does.Rosland Capital LLC

Although Rosland disputes the reviewers characterization of its business practices, Rosland takes negative reviews seriously. Rosland previously apologized to the reviewer for the delay in sending him his full refund, which occurred on February 21st. Rosland notes that on March 11, 2025, the BBB had closed the reviewers complaint against Rosland regarding this matter as having been answered by Rosland.Review fromBrad S

Rosland takes negative reviews seriously and trains its personnel to treat customers and prospective customers with respect. Although ********************** has no record of any transaction between Rosland and the reviewer or any conversation between the reviewer and Rosland within the past several years, Rosland would welcome him contacting Roslands Senior Compliance Officer at ************** so his specific concerns can be addressed.Review fromBrenda M

They sold me some overpriced gold and silver coins and while gold went up over $3000.00 the gold they sold me went down. They totally took advantage of me and now I'm down $40,000.00Rosland Capital LLC

Rosland makes full disclosure of the terms of its purchase and sale transactions with customers, including a recorded confirmation with each customer as to the applicable price involved in that customers particular transaction. Although ********************** disagrees with reviewers characterization of Roslands sales practices, Rosland prides itself on customer satisfaction, has reached agreement with the reviewer on a transaction involving the precious metals she purchased, and is now awaiting her completion of the transaction.Review fromJOHN M

Rosland Capital has been unresponsive to my request to deliver the product I purchased or refund my purchase price. My salesman referred me to someone in upper management, who I like doesn't exist. I have sent numerous emails and phone several times a day trying to get a response. I'm seeking legal council to help me get someone to answer the phone or refund my purchase price. To my fellow consumers gold and silver you my be better off at your local **** shop. This company is quick to take your order, but following through with delivery of purchase products, they get a zero.Rosland Capital LLC
