I wrote a story for them as they had the option to submit a story to the editor. I did ******* is a lengthy story but staying within their guidelines.They have not responded in any platform I have tried to contact them on.Their phones do not work. OCTOBER 9th, 2018, I PAID $198.00 TO HIGH TIMES HOLDING CORP. FOR SHARES IN THEIR STOCK. AT THE TIME IT WAS JUST AT GROUND LEVEL BUT PROMISED HIGH RETURNS. SINCE THEN, I HAD ACTUALLY FORGOT ABOUT THE INVESTMENT UNTIL THEY STARTED EMAILING ME WITH "HIGH TIMES" PRODUCTS FOR SALE. I'M THINKING "WOW....THEY ARE STILL AROUND AND MAKING MONEY. I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS WAYS TO CONTACT THEM TO NO AVAIL AND CAN'T SEEM TO GET BACK INTO MY HIGH TIMES ACCOUNT. I AM IN DIRE STRAIGHTS RIGHT NOW AT THE AGE OF 70 AND COULD REALLY USE THAT $198.00 FOR FOOD AND DOCTORS. IT'S NOT VERY MUCH MONEY TO SOME PEOPLE BUT FOR ME IT WOULD BE LIKE GOLD! I HAVE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS OF MY PROOF OF ENROLLMENT AND OTHER IMAGES OF WHEN THEY STARTED SENDING OUT CIRCULARS. I ALSO NOTICED BY OTHER COMPLAINTS THAT I AM NOT ALONE AND FIND IT SO RUDE OF SUCH A HUGE CORPORATION THAT IS ALL ABOUT PEACE AND ******* TO NOT WANT TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES AMICABLY!!! I signed up for a subscription to High Times magazine for the first time on March 29, 2023. I've been charged a total of 4 times and an additional attempt to charge was 9/1/24. I haven't received a single subscription to this magazine, and all attempts to contact the company have been wrong or disconnected numbers. Emails were also sent to their "support" address, which where returned undeliverable. I'd like a refund check for $119.96.Initial Complaint

I ordered a yearly subscription on May 5th 2024 and have yet to receive any magazines four months later. I tried to email but the email no longer exists and cant get through on their fake phone numbers. Ive now seen so many similar complaints to what I can now assume is a scam company.
