Proof that Subway Corporation is shadow banning customers that use coupons frequently. I am denied service from any given IP address that uses coupons multiple days in a row. The app and website say my cards are insufficient funds, and that I am not able to pay, but upon using a ***, my payments are almost immediately accepted. This has to unlawful since they are officially stating my card has insufficient funds. Proof that it is IP address related lies in the *** always working as a workaround.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 3/31/2025 Hello, Please see the attachments. I live in ******** and have never been to **********. Someone logged into my online Subway account, changed my username to **** **** (see screenshot from the email I received), and ordered food. I called the location in ********** and was told to contact customer support. They were notified. I then went into my online account and removed all of my credit cards. It appears that they used my Subway preloaded gift card in my online Subway account ending in #**** for these transactions. Can you please credit my account for these fraudulent transactions? I also contacted my local subway in ******, **, and they also told me to contact support. Yesterday, March 26, 2025, me and my friend went to subway. While we were there, an employee named ****** ****** cussed at us, threatened to spit in our food, and handled our food with ungloved, unwashed hands. Subway ***************** store manager is extremely rude and started yelling at the customer that went in front of me. I had stepped in to the restroom and had already submitted the location, and stated that I was going into the bathroom. On 3-21-25 I attempted to use the subway app to order a sandwich. The last time I had used the app I was in ****** *****. The app automatically placed the order in ****** when I am now working in *********** *****. I attempted to contact the store as there is no way to cancel the order from the app. The employee who answered hung up on me refusing to assist with problem and has hung up on me 3 times and ignored my calls 4 times.Initial Complaint

I washed and dried my Subway gift card number *******************. I contacted Subway in January of this year. Told them what happened, sent pictures and they stated they would send replacement card. I had a balance of about $74 on it. After several weeks and emails I still havent received card and when I checked balance on old card it said I had a zero balance. On February 02, 2025 @ 1:05 PM I made an online order 4C5DD502-6C for pickup which went to the following store: Subway ************************************************************************************************************Once I arrived, I was informed that the store was out of meatballs and could not make my sandwich and if I wanted a replacement. I asked for a refund which the employee called his manager. The person on the phone stated i would see a refund in 7-10 business days. I asked to send the order to another store which I was told they could not do. I went back on February 22nd and was told by a supervisor only the store manager could authorize a refund. After five trips to the store location and a month and a half later I still have not received my refund of $26.50.Initial Complaint

False advertisement. Any footlong for $6.99 when ordered on the app. When I ordered six on the app it would only honor the 699 price for ****** I tried to enter them individually as separate purchases once you use the 699 promo code it won't let you use it on the other purchases. I tried to call Subway customer service their customer service line hangs up on you after it makes a brief statement about Subway rewards cards. I tried to find some other way of contact with Subway which is non-existent. So I called the local store where I was ordering the girl that answered the phone said she was a manager but had no training on the subway app. I explained it would not let me order the product at 699 she said sorry nothing I could do about it. I have to speak to her boss she told me they were busy making sandwiches so I asked for a corporate phone number she said we don't have a corporate phone number. This is false advertisement and roadblocks put in place so that you can't get anyone in charge to resolve your issue I suspect they know about the problem and all they care about is baiting you in and guilting you into going forward with the purchase at retail price.Initial Complaint

The order was delivered incomplete and incorrect despite my specific instructions. The issues included:Missing American cheese This was part of my order but was not included.Insufficient lettuce I requested extra, but barely any was added.Missing oil and vinegar Not included despite being selected.Missing smashed avocado I paid extra for this, yet it was not included.Upon noticing these issues, I immediately called the restaurant. A staff member assured me that the manager would call me back to resolve the matter. However, I never received a follow-up ******* a disabled individual, I find this experience especially disappointing.
