    On February 02, 2025 @ 1:05 PM I made an online order 4C5DD502-6C for pickup which went to the following store: Subway ************************************************************************************************************Once I arrived, I was informed that the store was out of meatballs and could not make my sandwich and if I wanted a replacement. I asked for a refund which the employee called his manager. The person on the phone stated i would see a refund in 7-10 business days. I asked to send the order to another store which I was told they could not do. I went back on February 22nd and was told by a supervisor only the store manager could authorize a refund. After five trips to the store location and a month and a half later I still have not received my refund of $26.50.

    False advertisement. Any footlong for $6.99 when ordered on the app. When I ordered six on the app it would only honor the 699 price for ****** I tried to enter them individually as separate purchases once you use the 699 promo code it won't let you use it on the other purchases. I tried to call Subway customer service their customer service line hangs up on you after it makes a brief statement about Subway rewards cards. I tried to find some other way of contact with Subway which is non-existent. So I called the local store where I was ordering the girl that answered the phone said she was a manager but had no training on the subway app. I explained it would not let me order the product at 699 she said sorry nothing I could do about it. I have to speak to her boss she told me they were busy making sandwiches so I asked for a corporate phone number she said we don't have a corporate phone number. This is false advertisement and roadblocks put in place so that you can't get anyone in charge to resolve your issue I suspect they know about the problem and all they care about is baiting you in and guilting you into going forward with the purchase at retail price.

The order was delivered incomplete and incorrect despite my specific instructions. The issues included:Missing American cheese This was part of my order but was not included.Insufficient lettuce I requested extra, but barely any was added.Missing oil and vinegar Not included despite being selected.Missing smashed avocado I paid extra for this, yet it was not included.Upon noticing these issues, I immediately called the restaurant. A staff member assured me that the manager would call me back to resolve the matter. However, I never received a follow-up ******* a disabled individual, I find this experience especially disappointing. Not only was my meal prepared incorrectly, but the lack of response from Subways management demonstrates poor customer service and a disregard for customer satisfaction.Resolution Sought:I am seeking a full refund for the missing items or a replacement order.     I am writing for a refund from subway. Someone hacked my subway account and took my money to order (see the order in pics), then closed my subway account. This is a ********************** issue. Not a third party issue! I will be reporting this to the Calgary police as fraud. I have reached out to subway Canada multiple times and they have done nothing to rectify. Unacceptable. Apparently this happens quite often. Subway needs to be held accountable!

    I had visited the Subway in ****************** (*********************) and have routinely been over charged and not given the discount available (and posted) while allowing friends and family of the staff the advertised discount. When I have asked foe a refund the staff has been racially abusive and hostile. This is a routine situation with any non black customers.

    I was overcharged for my order and would like a resolution. I ordered one foot-long sandwich and one six-inch sandwich with avocado but was charged for two foot-long sandwiches with avocado. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt, but I called the store, and the employee who rang me up acknowledged the mistake and said she would speak with the manager. However, the manager told me he couldnt do anything because I waited two days to report the issue. I believe this is unfair, as the mistake was confirmed by the employee. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

    I won the National Cookie Day Sweepstakes. However, several days I went to a Subway outlet and embarrassingly there was no free cookie in the app and I hadn't checked beforehand. I learned I had to check in the app each day to be sure there was a cookie loaded on the account, and frequently there was not. I know there were many complaints about cookies not loading, and so the sweepstakes was extended through January 7, 2025. However, the last three days of this time period no free cookie loaded on to my app. So I don't think Subway recognizes how annoying it is to be told they I had won free cookies for a certain time period and only have the cookie show up on the app like half the time. Its embarrassing in the store to have to argue with the Subway workers who frequently denied giving a free cookie out even if I showed them emails sent about the cookie sweepstakes to me. I complained several times to Subway **************** via the website and never received a response (adding insult to injury). Also, ********** stopped replying to me as well. So the app didn't work, I didn't receive my prize in full, or the extended prize, and I thought I should and its really unfair to waste peoples times or create confusion and confrontation at my local subways by telling me I was entitled to a prize that was not honored like false advertising and bait and switch. All the stress Subway caused by not being able to deliver daily prizes was too much especially since I would often drive extra miles just to pick up my prize which would then be denied, leaving me disappointed and upset.

    Subway ************************************************************************* The person serving was a blonde curly haired young man whom you could barely hear what he said the entire visit -- he mumbled and never made eye contact, constantly looking down or peeking thru his bangs up at you. appeared sick, just getting over being sick, or VERY stoned. Asked me if i wanted my meat toasted - when i realized he popped the meat/cheese into the oven w/o the bread and i told him i wanted the whole thing toasted - he got nasty and combative saying i told him to do it that way - which is stupid because why would I order bread separate from the meat and cheese.The so-called sandwich was a 12" with six Veeeery thin slices of meat on it. had to literally **** to find the meat. Wich was mostly VERY tough bread. Cookies were hard. I paid ***** for nothing but bread/lettuce/tomato/onion/cucumber!

    I stopped at a Subway and ordered a six inch tuna sub with chips and a drink. I asked for my bread to be posted, but it was not, and it also tasted stale. Then when I tried to get my soda, every single flavor was out of syrup. I was in a hurry so I just got water and left. That said, the only thing I could consume were the chips and the WATER (when I paid for a soda). So basically I paid $12 and some change for a small bag of chips. I asked Subway to compensate in some way, but they refused to even though they're a MULTI BILLION dollar company. That is not good business whatsoever.
