Date of transaction: ********** My boyfriend ordered flowers for me from this business in order to have the flowers delivered on Valentines day. When i called the florist i spoke to someone in regards to explain to them if i can come and pick up the arrangement since i had to leave the office early and no one would be here to receive them. When i spoke to the gentleman on the phone he notified me if i can come by at 6 when the florist was scheduled to be closed. i then relayed that i wouldn't be in the area around that time. i explained to them that if i can come to pick up the arrangement in order to save time for the driver to come to my work and not be able to deliver the flowers. A rude lady then got on the phone and was questioning who i was and my name. i offered her the order number and all the information to then have her rudely say we are so busy and i don't know who you are. she refused to take the order # from me and told me to call back. i waited around for 3 hours and called back for an update. she then proceeded to ask me personal questions about my boyfriend and give me excuses to not come and pick them up and she hung up. i called back and a nicer lady on the phone gave me an address that didn't align with theirs on their website to later take me to a random building in ************* that wasn't the florist. i was so upset and called them again offering the order number and they still did not take it. she then said i will deliver them to your house personally. i gave her my address and still did not receive anything for the rest of the day. i am so upset that this company is scamming people and took over $100 from us to not deliver anything back. Not only was she rude, she asked me personal questions that were unnecessary and took my personal information. Later to find out this business has been scamming people for years and is still up and running. i need someone to please reach out to me as soon as possible Order confirmation*************
