    We ordered a pair of boots. My boyfriend paid $111.53 for them and we never received them. He paid the sellers ****** account with his debit card because he didnt have a ****** account. We have screenshots of the order confirmation but never got tracking information. This happened on March 8th and we have not heard from them. ****** is not helping either even though we have a transaction id number. My boyfriend was on the phone with ****** for 45 minutes and couldnt get any help. We just want our money back.

    I have not received the all the items I paid for. Also there seems to be no tracking number for the other items listed.Very poor customer service.

    I ordered a double breasted suit size 48L. The suit I received was appx size 60R. The suit I received wasn't the suit I ordered. They want to charge me a restocking fee for returning a item not the size nor description of item I ordered

    I'm seeking a full refund not a partial refund for the purchase of a product that was falsely advertised on albertonardino.com.I purchased the attached red double breasted coat on March 2, 2025. The coat received was not the coat purchased online. The coat online had black buttons peacoat style. The coat received had *** ******* and a pocket over the left breast. Nothing like the image.When I reached to notify the company, I was offered a $30 credit. I did not accept the credit because this was not the item I paid for. I requested a refund and the company offered me another $80 credit. I did not accept the credit because the coat I received was not the coat on the website.Because the item I purchased was not the coat I received, the company should offer me a FULL refund, not a partial refund as this was no fault of my own.I paid to return the item $23. And now the company is informing me they are refunding me $152.80 instead of the $191 that I paid. The company is keeping $38.20 for shipping however they shipped an item to me KNOWING what I purchased is NOT what they sent.I want ******* ******* to refund me the full amount of $191.00.

    Purchased a Christmas gift of a specific men's suit on 12/14/24. Item was received on 12/20/24. Package was opended on Christmas day and it was the wrong item(style)/size/color. After multiple emails starting on 1/2/25 to obtain a Return number. Item was sent back on 1/6/25. They requested pictures of the suit label, which was sent. I had to pay the postage of $ *****, **** Ground Advantage 9534 6111 8614 5006 1723 50. It was still in the original plastic bag unopened and returned in same box it arrived in. On 1/8/25 a partial credit of $159.20 was issued to my USAA CC. They emailed/indicated that they would let me know when the credit was procssed. They failed to do that. I found out on my CC statement (1/22). I emailed the company on 1/22 for an explanation of why I wasn't credited the full amount. Their respones was per their return policy. On 1/23/25 by email I asked what infraction did I committ to not be issued a complete refund. To date I haven't heard back from them.I demand my $ ***** credit on my CC . It would be nice if they gave my $ ***** shipping charges but not neccessarily. I feel I shouldn't have to be out of $ ***** just doing business with this questionale business practice.

    Date of transaction: Jan 3, 2025 Amount paid: $169.00 Infraction: Business sent a different suit from the one actually ordered and pictured.Attempts at resolution: Submitted multiple emails advising company of erroneous suit received. They only offered a partial refund on the wrong item sent, which was actually cheaper than the cost of return shipping and additional restocking fee which was the only alternative. No effort was made on the part of the business to provide the item actually ordered. I have since learned that this same company operates under different names. I went to one of the other companies (thinking it was someone totally different), ordered another suit, only to receive THE WRONG ITEM AGAIN. In corresponding with them it was then I discovered they operated under the same company umbrella because the email address was in fact the same and the original purchase email.     Bought a suit from the website. Wrong color portrayed on the website. Tried 2 returns through my purchase order as they requested with zero reply. Contacted customer service email to be replied with 4 different correspondences all automated and no resolve. Called all 3 numbers they have on their site. All options go to a voice recording and then hangs up. Even their review section is fake. I've come to the conclusion that this business sells you a product and leaves you high and dry

    I purchased a pair of men shoes for a anniversary present brown and taupe color size 11. They were to big so I sent them back for a 10 1/2 I had to pay $25 for mens USA fee and $26 to ship them back. The shoes cost $190 I am a senior citizen and that's a lot of money for me but we have been married 60 years and this was a nice gift for him. I have emailed them I have talked to *** the shoes went to forth worth Tex. How that happened I don't know but they were delivered to ***. On Oct 30 I would like the shoes or a refund thank you
