I ordered the sauna/ice bath bundle with the heater uograde. I ordered on 4/18/25. Their website said items would arrive by 4/22. I received the sauna and ice bath after a week but havent received the heater or chiller for the ice bath. When I filled the ice bath with water to try it out with ice, it had a pin ***** hole and water shot out, which makes it useless. I reached out via their customer support link and have not heard back. I paid extra for the 5 year warranty as well. Total I paid was $896.75.Initial Complaint

I ordered Nurecover sauna and attempted to cancel order 10 mins after. Took over a week to get a response inwhich they had already shipped. I waited for item to be delivered so I could return. Emailed again after shipment arrived and waited another week for a response. They asked for a picture as proof it has not been opened. Sent picture, another long wait and they asked me if I was sure and offered 15 percent back. I declined and asked for a return. No response. I have gone back and forth with them since feb 23 asking for a return. They either have given me the run around or have not responded. I was within there return policy but seems like they are trying to get around letting my return the item. Attached are some of the countless emails I have sent.Initial Complaint

I purchased a tropical sauna in November of 2024 as a Christmas present to myself. It worked great until April of this year when the steam stopped dispensing after 1 min and then the unit cutting off. I have tried to get a hold of customer service for a week now. Multiple messages with NO response! They dont even have a hotline, which is COMPLETELY unacceptable! All I wanted is a replacement. Now I want a replacement with a refund for their HORRIBLE customer service!Initial Complaint

*Ordered a portable sauna with their new Ceramic Carbon Sauna Heater option on 3/7/2025.*I notified Nurecover on 3/14/2025Product was delivered, however, it was missing the Ceramic Heater - which is why I ordered it and without, it does not produce dry heat. I sent an email stating.*On 3/17/2025, they responded, and requested documentation to substantiate claim. An email with video was sent that same day.*On 3/26/2025, they finally responded with the following: "Thanks you for the video you shared and for your recent order with us! We sincerely apologize for the delay of the Sauna Heater. Due to stock availability, your order was shipped from our overseas warehouse to ensure you receive it as soon as possible. This has resulted in a slightly longer transit time, and we truly appreciate your patience. The good news is your order is on its way!"*Starting on 4/2/2025, I reached out for an update/status on the shipment. I've reached out almost everyday since with no response. Ordered the sauna and cold plunge bundle. I immediately reached out post the order asking to cancel as I subsequently read product reviews which were very concerning. I received an email stating that the delivery has to happen and that I can initiate a return once the delivery was received. Once I received the product I reached out to customer service to initiate the return and eventually heard back that I need to provide pictures to proof that the product is unopened/in its original packaging. I provided those pictures and have since been absolutely ghosted. Tried calling (phone system was taken down) and repeated emails have yielded no response whatsoever.Initial Complaint

I purchased a product on February 28th, and as of March 31st, I still havent received it. When I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, the company initially responded by providing a tracking number and a link to track it. However, after that, they stopped responding. Product do not work as advertised. The Asuna do not get to the temperature advertised. The cold pod do not work properly. The pump leaked and the connectors drip water. I cant believe that this product was being advertised as money back guarantee and the product was efficient. This product was not worth my money. I know it will be a hassle getting my money back so I will take this lost and use the experience for the near future only by from a brick and mortar company that is a franchise That means I will not be supporting small business. My husband purchased the Nirexover pop up sauna for my Christmas gift. I never opened the box and contacted the company after Christmas to return it since I wouldnt use it. They told me where to send it and that I I had to pay for my own shipping back. I paid $45 to ship it back to them and they received the product to their office on January 21. I have contacted them number oils times via email asking where refund is. They either ignore the email or ask for the tracking info (which I include in original email) or they just ignore my email all together. I. Have contacted them five times and no refund
