    Upon purchasing Vou Pre skin products the first day was demonstrated on my skin the following day my skin was irritated and inflammed the following day and marks on my neck was from the device, I do feel also I was bullied into purchasing the product. The Skin specialist which says she was a dermatologist says that I was lying about not having the money to buy it, I originally went to get an advertised $69 facial, when I first seen her she was mentioning products I advised her I didn't want to spend money because my birthday was ********. She (*****) says I needed to shrink my double chin and it work like magic. It did nothing but burn my skin, I used it again last night to make sure I wasn't mistaken and my skin is irritated right now 12 hours later

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against ********, located in ***********, ** (***********************************), for engaging in deceptive and coercive business practices. My experience at this establishment on Monday, 1/20/2025 was deeply concerning, and I believe their actions warrant further investigation.During my visit, I was aggressively pressured by a sales representative to purchase a treatment package. Despite my initial reluctance, the representative misrepresented a financing option, coercing me into signing up for a credit card under the pretense that it was a no-interest payment plan of $80 per month with the ***. At no point was I informed that this was a high-interest credit card with an annual percentage rate (APR) exceeding 30%. I only discovered this deceptive practice when I received my credit card statement.Upon realizing the misleading nature of the transaction, I immediately contacted the credit card issuer to dispute the charges. While I have taken steps to resolve the financial impact, I strongly believe that ARIA **** business practices are unethical and in violation of consumer protection laws. I am requesting that the appropriate authorities investigate this business for:Unfair and deceptive sales tactics Utilizing high-pressure sales techniques that make customers feel trapped and forced into financial agreements.Potential violations of consumer protection laws Engaging in coercive and misleading financial practices that may violate California state and federal laws.I urge your office to take appropriate action against ARIA *** to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar deceptive practices. Please find attached copies of my credit card statement, any agreements I was given, and any relevant correspondence related to this matter.Thank you for your time and assistance in addressing this issue.

    On June 17th I went to ******** for a facial at 5:30 pm. After the facial, they took me to the other side where they told me that the best part of the facial was there. I asked her if that was part of the facial because I had to leave. ***** introduced herself as an esthetician with over 20 years of experience and one of the company's best and that she was now in ********** to help the company grow. She told me that her products were natural and of the highest quality because many of her clients are cancer patients. while she was telling me all that she put a cream on my face which felt very hot and I told her that I had been using Obagy skin lightener, skin bleaching, and tretinoin for more than 7 or 8 years and that if I had any problem with that hot cream and she told me again that she was a beautician and that she had worked in ******** and ********* for more than 20 years and that she was one of the best that I should trust her and she began to apply it to my skin, after that, she began to use a machine that was also hot and that that machine (Eneo Totale) would help me with the expression lines and any wrinkles I had on my face. She told me that I had to use the machine on my face for 15 minutes on one half of my face and then another 15 minutes on the other side. While he was doing that, she asked me to scan a QR code and follow the steps. When I finished, I realized it was a credit application and told her I did not want to get a credit card. Then she told me to pass the machine to the other side of my face and she began to say that my face looked better, that I no longer had wrinkles, and that my face looked wonderful. That I should buy it and I told her no, that I did not have the money and she told me that that day was the last day of the promotion and that I could not buy it another day. She was very insistent, she had a very harassing way of selling. I told her that I didn't have my cards with me and she told me to call a family member (exceed 2000)

    Date 2/16/24 $91.00 advertised as $69.99 you had to select 30% tip!A one hour facial - had a 20 minutes of a NON FACIAL then hour of them trying to sell me their products and devices for thousands of dollars. Never received a facial and they left cream on my skin that in the end made my skin feeling burned.. They are a total scam and I don't think they are certified, Staff is not knowledgeable on skincare. Yes, ad was on instagram and via google.THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

    On Sunday Nov 12 I bought one promotional facial for $91.Before it was completed, while I was still in the chair with products on my face, I was told that they wouldn't finish and I wasn't allowed to leave until I signed up for more facials in the future. I have already demanded a refund for $500 from the manager, who said he would call me back. That was two days ago. If you look online, this happens to a lot of their customers.

    They avertise facial treatments that were not done. your supposed to only be there for one hour, it took two hours. The 2nd hour was just talking the upsale of products no treatment. Not what i paid for. They need to be upfront thats a sales pitch. They never asked me if i had one hour extra of my time for a sales pitch!

    My mother and I went in for a facial from a promotion she found on Instagram on July 4th, 2023 at 1pm. My mom had an appointment for a facial and I did not but we asked if I could be squeezed and they had a no show so they took me . The wait time , paperwork, and facials took a long time and by 2:50 we were both finally out already anxious to get out of their as we were late pending plans and having people waiting for us to arrive elsewhere. We explained that we needed to pay and leave but the women who I believe was the supervisor insisted on us staying for the second part of the facial. She said it would be quick and I said I wouldnt do my second part but she could continue with my mother. She took out creams and we believed she was really going to do something to her face but instead she went on asking pointless questions all leading up to her selling us on me worships. Again I stood up and explained that we really did need to leave , by now it was the 3rd stating we needed to leave and she said to forget about the time and was notably getting frustrated with us for interrupting her . I was then more ***** and said I was serious we had to leave . My mom still trying to be nice said maybe we can come back later and the lady said very angry you cant! So then my mother got up and scooted her chair back and in the action she the chair knocked over a plastic paper stand. The lady picked it up and very hostile said you broke it! And walked off. My younger sister trying to make my mom feel better and making it clear it wasnt anything important said if it broke its probably cheap and the lady said to my 17 year old sister cheap like your face. From that point on we were appalled that she spoke to her in the manner and just how angry she was that we didnt let her finish her spiel. She never apologized only continues to argue with us and threatened to call the cops if we didnt pay even though I did not and do not feel we should have had to .

    cant forget it 

    we sale online coupons for facial for $69 the full price is $250 to $350 

    after the facial we have consultation and we try to sale a package 

    a lot of the clients dont want to do the consultation and we just let them go .but this case wow 

    the mom set for construction and the 2 daughters wanted to go there where very rude and aggressive and breaking the stand the whole place was on his feet 

    I was thinking ok this is part of the business there is some clients that act like that 

    but it wont stop they are keep chasing us 
    right us bed review every where. 

    they come and get the facial in person and pay for it in person 

    I will give them a full $69 refund in person at my Spa
