      I moved from an apartment almost 2 years ago and at the time, canceled my Loot Crate subscription. I was going over my finances and realized I was still having payments made to loot crate every other month, these went back at least a year. Canceling this again was more difficult than I expected and needed to be routed through several systems. Throughout this entire time, there were no shipments made to either my current or former addresses, which was confirmed via email. I have been asking for a refund for the full time I was not receiving items but have only received statements like "We sincerely apologize for the extended delay" and "due to some circumstances, at this time, the shipping date has been pushed out" with no mention of repayment or even acknowledging that this is my goal. Each email I have sent has no indication that they even read my messages. They have since closed my ticket without resolving my issue.

      I ordered a 6 month subscription to Lootcrate DX and Lootcrate Harry Potter back in March of this year. They promised a monthly and bi-monthly delivery respectively. I have come to find out that they are 9 months backlogged on deliveries and they have twice assured me of a delivery only to push the delivery date back until July of this month. I contacted them about a refund and they have not responded.

      I bought 3 loot wear orders that wear shirts and boxers, first month goes by no loot, 2 month goes by with nothing to show for it. I emailed them they told me because of the supply chain issues it would be longer. 3 month still nothing comes, this is a subscription service so it continues to pull money out of my account. I cancel the subscription service and ask for my money back. they have yet to refund anything and are now ignoring my emails. I started in January and canceled around April. In total I purchased 9 "boxes" with no product or any money.

      I was charged $141.48 on October 1st, 2021 for a three crate subscription for the Hello Kitty and Friends crate from Lootcrate. My order number is**********. I have not received anything. I've been trying to get a refund for months and they keep saying they'll give me one only to ignore me and keep withholding my money. I'm at a loss of what to do as I've emailed them and attempted contacting them through several social medias as well. Please help me get my money back. I attached the email where they promised the refund that never happened.

      I purchased a "Loot Anime 6-Crate Plan" on February 2, 2022 for a total of $212.73. I did not receive any crates and thus opened a support ticket with the company on March 21, 2022. Ticket reads: "I purchased a 6 month package on February 2, and have not received a single order or any tracking information. This is super disappointing, as I spent $200 but haven't been given a single update other than my payment went through. Would love some info about either box I am supposed to be receiving." *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** To which the company replied on April 5, 2022: "Thank you for your waiting! I will be escalating your refund request and following up with you once I have an update. Please be aware we are currently processing and shipping crates. Also, I've cancelled the subscription and you won't be billed anymore. We appreciate your patience with us." I have not received any more information, my refund, or a crate from the company.       I purchased a subscription service in March and none of my subscriptions have even shipped. I have requested a refund from them several times since and they claim they will escalate my request but I still have not been refunded and they have not sent any of my subscriptions.

      I bought a subscription box for my daughter for her 18th birthday last July; you get one 4 times a year. We waited 3 months to get the first box as it was very late. They continued to charge me $59.90 every 3 months; but yet no more boxes. They have charged me 3 more times with no box. September; December & February. They kept claiming they were going to send them in November; then that came and went. I also told them not to charge me until we had the box that September was connected to. They still kept charging me. I have emailed them multiple times and they keep claiming they are either shipping boxes or escalating my issue for refund; they have been telling me that since January. I want my money back as it's over $200. I am not a bank and do not loan money to businesses. It takes days sometimes weeks to get any reply. I want my money back and I'm sick of this back and forth; they are trying to keep my money! It's May for gods sake! Heading towards a year fir the September charge; this is unacceptable!!!

      I placed an order with this business on 12/9/21 and 1/10/22. When placed both orders, I was instantly charged. They were supposed to arrive sometime at the end of December (first order) and end of January (second order). On 1/6/22, I received an email stating my first order was delayed from the end of Dec to now the end of January and to contact customer service with any questions. On 2/7/22, I received an email about my second order being delayed from the end of Jan to now mid-March. I received no further updates personally. They list their delays on their site and my orders have received new delivery dates at least three times. Mine are now delayed to June-July; 6-8 months late. There are dozens of orders on the list that are now delayed for 8+ months. They give no options for refunds on their site. I've emailed once with no response. I attempted a second email and received an email instantly from Loot Crate's post master writing that Loot Crate's mailbox is full and cannot receive emails. I tried calling and left a VM once, with no call back yet. After many months of waiting patiently, I just want refunds for both orders instead of waiting for who knows how much longer.

      On March 29, 2022 my orders were canceled after speaking with customer support because they were charged, but never delivered. I was told that I would be receiving a full refund, but haven't yet. I've emailed them and I keep being told my refund is being escalated with no solution.       I ordered through this business back on February 24 wait til now just to get emails 3 days in a row telling me my card has insufficient funds even though they charged me $46.49, I've tried multiple times and ways to request a refund thermal they send to reply to if you are having issues can't receive incoming emails, on top of that their website for their support team conveniently says can not be reached. I just want my money for a product I never got.
