      I purchased a Doctor Who loot box and have not received it at all each time I have sent an inquiry about what is going on i keep getting the run around and it takes a few days to weeks before getting a response. i initially ordered this box in March of 2021 and it is now may 2022 they are now trying to say i will not receive it until june or july in 2022. They wont even refund me

      I have 2 separate subscriptions with Lootcrate and for each they charge me every month but they don't ship the items. For my "Loot Anime" subscription that I ordered I began in January. I have been charged every month but have never received a single item. I even paid for a rush delivery of my first subscription and still nothing has come in. I have now paid $220 for this subscription and nothing to show for it. My second subscription that I've had for years "Loot Socks" I have not received anything I don't think in 2022 at all. I've sent several complaints and receive generic responses that they'll update me when they have shipping dates. Yet they continue to charge me knowing they can't ship a product. The only reason I have yet to cancel these subscriptions is because I'm afraid that they won't ship the items I've already paid for. The company has good quality items when they actually send something but to be charged every month and receive nothing is unacceptable.

      Loot crate has been debiting my account since 2021. I have NOT receive a single item and have sent multiple emails and even canceled the subscription that I NEVER signed up for. I ordered one box.. which was never received. I hope loot crate is ready for a civil law suit for theft. You owe me a substantial refund.. NO PRODUCT EVER RECEIVED. Scam artist. Biter beware!

      I bought a limited TMNT crate subscription box on 2-23-21 for $****** and for the past year I have been emailing them to get a better time frame on when I'm getting my stuff. They keep giving me the run around telling me the same thing .I still have not received all my crates and I have asked for a refund. They haven't even emailed me back about my refund. I tried to dispute it with my bank but because it's been so long I'm not sure they will help. I want my money back. I prepaid in full and they didn't deliver what they advertised or promised to sell. I feel like they have duped me out my money and they're not being transparent with their customers. I know other people who are going through the same problem and this is not ok they can't keep blaming Covid for shady bushes practices.I just want my money back.

      I placed an order with Loot Crate in August 2020 for an annual subscription (4 crates) plan of the Destiny Crate in the amount of $238.11. I received 3 crates on a quarterly schedule in or around November 2020, February 2021, and May 2021, but the 4th crate has never been shipped. The 4th crate should have been received in or around August 2021. The company sent three communications regarding shipping delays. The emails were sent in August 2021, September 2021, and October 2021. All emails mentioned extending the delay of the 4th crate. No more communications were received from the company regarding shipping delays. As I did not anticipate further issues, an automatic renewal of the annual subscription for the Destiny crate was processed in October 2021. I have not received any of the promised crates for this current subscription period (October 2021 - September 2022), and I expect to have received 3 crates at this point. This puts my total missing crates up to 4 with a possible 5th missing crate soon. They have not communicated about any delays with these crates, and they continue to sell crate subscriptions with a posted expected ship date (on the website) of the current month in which you purchase your crate. I have contacted the company on several occasions through their support page to ask for updates on why the crates continue to be delayed, but they refuse to provide an adequate, honest response. I have now sent in another request for an explanation on the continued delay of my crates with the added request that they either send me all owed missing crates or send a refund in the amount to include the 4th missing crate from the previous subscription period plus this entire current subscription period.

      Ordered 3 shipment Loot Crate for my nephew Christmas 2021. Placed order and paid on December 8 for shipments to start Feb and every other month for 3 crates over six months. Crates have never been delivered, no one is reachable at Loot Crate, and they have taken my money. I would like a full refund.

      I purchased a 6 month subscription to this company on 12/10/2021 and paid $194.47 to receive 1 box per month. My purchase was Loot Anime - #******. I have never received a box and when I have requested information from the company they stated its a shipping issue due to delayed shipping. I requested a full refund last week and I have not received any response from the company at all.

      Originally purchased the first box on February 19th, 2022. (pictures lc4 and lc5) - Inquired about my boxes on March 26th (pictures LC original inquiry) and got an automated response - Requested a refund on April 4th (picture LC first request for refund) and got the same automated response as above - Sent another request for refund on April 7th using the keyword and phrases used to flag their system so I wouldn't get a robotic response, but to actually communicate with a human, and I actually got one (Picture LC 1) -Reached back out on April 15th for an update as it has been 2 weeks (Picture LC 2), Both times said it was being escalated for a refund, and now they're saying how they are also processing and shipping out crates, I made sure to tell them that I do not want my crate anymore, I want the refund (Picture LC 3, the bottom half of the picture) - I made one final attempt on May 1st (LC 3 top half) to which is has been over a week with 0 response. I have not been issued a refund. I do not want the product as their updates keep saying that I will be updated when they have something to update, unfortunately, they never have an update. I don't trust them anymore, I suspect they as a company are going under and trying to milk as much money as they can from any customers so they don't have to pay it back.

      The order was placed on March 3rd, 2022 in the amount of $84.61. Order #********* This was for -Loot Gaming crate -Loot Crate DX crate after a month of waiting I have reached out and there has been no communication from this company in regards to the product not being delivered or even shipped out and I haven't heard back from them since. This company does not respond and sends automated messages.

      On 09/03/2021 I ordered Loot Crate's Fallout crate (order *********), which is supposed to ship every even month for a total of six crates. As of today's date, 05/08/2022, I have yet to receive a single crate. My account page currently indicates 5 of 6 orders have been fulfilled. However, shipping information shows that no crates have shipped. On 01/23/2022 I set my subscription status to "cancel after prepaid order is fulfilled" and on 03/23/2022 I submitted a support ticket inquiring about when my order might ship. I received this response: " Hi there, Thank you for contacting us! I do apologize for the major delays you have been experiencing. At this time, we will be updating our customers on the status of their orders very shortly via email. Please continue to check this page for the best shipping estimates, which we will continue to update as we get more information: ******************. Due to the recent events, fulfillment times are taking longer than expected. Our team is limited to the time in the warehouse so your patience in advance is appreciated. Rest assured, you will receive the tracking information as soon as your crate ships. If you need to make any changes to your order(s), please let me know. As a reminder, you can manage your subscription(s) and view your order(s) in your Manage Account page. We appreciate your patience with us during this time." Then, on 04/15/2022 my account was charged for renewal of the subscription. On 4/17/2022 I submitted another support ticket politely and professionally reiterating my disappointment in not yet receiving a single crate from this subscription, as well as my frustration with being charged to renew the subscription after I set it to cancel. I requested a refund for the most recent subscription charge. As for the initial subscription, I just want my merchandise. I received a response on 04/21/2022 indicating my request was being escalated. However, I have not heard back and the charge has not been refunded.
