      Placed and order online for two different themed lootcrate boxes and never received them so a few months later I requested a refund. I have been getting the run around since. I paid $90.00 and change for these and requested a refund multiple times, keep getting told the will escalate it. I haven't received anything!

      Two purchases made online from the Loot Crate website, the first of which was 3/23/2021 for $144.44 and the second of which was 9/23/2021 for $377.17. The first order was only partially fulfilled - leaving $85 worth of merchandise unaccounted for, and the second order was not fulfilled at all. Both orders are now reflected on their company website as being cancelled in June 2022 for Reason "Other". I have made multiple attempts to contact the merchant through their website and email. They do not list a phone number or any other means of customer support. This is nearly $500 worth of merchandise (including tax and shipping) that I have not received, but was assured that despite the delays in shipping, would be fulfilled. Now the orders have been cancelled but the money has not been refunded and no one has contacted me on behalf of the merchant to issue a refund or try to resolve the situation. I have attempted to contact the merchant multiple times via email and their support link on their website, but have not received any contact in return.

      I ordered 2 loot boxes (loot fright & core crate) 11/25/2021 for $78.10 as Christmas gifts. After months of receiving nothing I finally received 1 box on 5/19/22. I've emailed so many times asking for a refund for the 2nd box and nothing. No response no email no money back no box. I have all emails and correspondences. All I receive from loot is a generated email saying their response time is slow bc they're so busy. Then nothing. It's been 8 months. I have more emails than what I sent but it's all the same thing. I email, get an automated response then nothing.

      Date of order 10/08/2021 $140.25 A box of collectible items and clothing. Nature Consensual. I contacted them after they canceled the order on 06/14/2022 with no notice and i didnt receive a refund and got a response back that they had to much email traffic. i attempted to contact them again on 07/15/2022 and informed them i would be filing a complaint and still have not received anything other than an automated message saying the same thing.       ORDER #********* Placed on Oct 08, 2021 This order was cancelled on June 06, 2022 11:44PM. Reason: other I have been trying to contact the company for weeks for a refund and only a refund. They have ignored my emails. They responded once saying that they have a high volume and I should expect to wait but they cancelled my order on June 6th with no contact or word about getting my money back. $111.27 was the total of the order. They delayed multiple times until requesting a refund for remaining crates then forced shipment of them instead of honouring the refund request. A delivery has not been completed to date and they cannot change the address which is no longer where it needs to be deliver to. They made discernable no effort to act on my refund and cancellation request.       Ordered a Loot Crate subscription box on December 7th, 2021 (*********) and haven't recieved any status updates as of July 19th, 2022. The website has extended expected shipping dates repeatedly and will continue to do so without recourse. Attempts at contacting their customer service have gone poorly with my last half dozen emails receiving only their automated email response and no follow up. Of course, with no contact from the company, I'm unable to request a refund.

      I ordered a loot crate that was indicated in the ad it would be delivered by October 2021. They kept delaying. After being delayed repeatedly almost a year, I received rings that looked nothing like what was advertised. I contacted customer support several times. Most times, I never received a response from a customer support representative, only an auto response saying they'd get back to me, then days or weeks later I'd receive a notification that my ticket had been closed, and request for a review of my customer service experience and satisfaction with my resolution. Anytime I tried to respond with honest negative feedback, I'd get an error message or a message stating the request had expired. This occurred several times. I'd keep reaching out. I finally received an email back from a representative giving me the brush off, then stopped receiving replies and again got the ticket closed email with errors upon trying to leave my feedback when prompted via email. The last time I reached out again, I explained my confusion and was told that representative would have to contact a colleague to hef more information on my issue. Then no reply for an extended period, so I reached out again with frustration, explaining my disappointment in the customer service and the product quality. They argued there was nothing wrong with the product. I requested a refund and have received no reply since, only the email requesting my review of my experience which, as always, would not allow me to give feedback. I feel like I paid a premium and wairer almost a year for quarter matching jewelry and insults. I see there have been lawsuits against this company and plenty of complaints. I dont understand how this company is still scamming people. Please do something.

      Request #******* Loot Crate Artist Collection ordered 8/26/21 paid $50.40. Supposed to ship October 2021. Informed shipping delays time after time. They have stopped returning my inquiries and won't refund the money I paid. Paypal will not handle because too much time has passed. Even though the company was in contact initially. I have emailed, used their Customer service contact and also messaged ************. They keep putting out product, so why can't they send me what I ordered?

      I am still waiting to receive half of both the ******************* crates of the year subscription I started back in June and November during different sales. I went ahead and cancelled both of them around June 3rd and the only acknowledgement of the change was on the website. There was no email sent and when I went to check my credit card statement I was charged full price for a renewal for the firefly crate on the 15th; well after the 48hr cancellation window. My subscriptions had reverted back to renewal again without an email. I re cancelled and sent a complaint on July 3rd and was told on the 7th that I did cancel, again no email when I made the change on July 3rd, but no response to the refund portion to my complaint. After reading these other complaints I hope my credit card company refunds me because loot crate looks to be planning to take the money and run. I want the refund of the subscription i had cancelled ahead of time and at this point a refund or at least a partial refund for the other boxes that I'm still waiting for.
