      No crate or even a box with Loot Crate. We got a bag of 5 small items. My son spent his own money ($50) and was very disappointed.

      My level of dissatisfaction with this subscription is not able to be put into words. I have been billed 10 time. 10 TIMES and only received 2 crates. I have emailed several times for help. I have emailed several times to have my subscription cancelled and I AM STILL BEING CHARGED. I feel robbed and I want very much to have my money refunded to me or AT LEAST get the 8 freaking crated I have paid for and NEVER received.

      Do NOT purchase anything from this company.Your items arrive extremely late if they arrive at all.Their customer service people never reply to order inquiries and there seems to be no way to get a ************** is basically a scam!

      Do not waste your money, order a box in April 2024. The shipment was supposed to be shipped in early August, its now almost October and still no update. **************** has been notified several times and does not have any explanations as to why we will not receive our product.

      DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ************ is a joke without exception. They are months and months late with delivering a crate that they promised to be on time. Sometimes these delays can be upwards of 2-5 months in some cases. The items they ship are so cheap they look as if they came from the dollar store. Some of items in the box can be found online for only a few bucks when they claim all of their items are unique. Any email to them will result in a generic copy and paste, scripted, uncaring response telling you that YOU have to be patient because they did not follow through on what they said and claimed they could do. It is just a ridiculous experience with no upsides.

      I'd give 0 if I could. I've been with this company for years in hopes that the boxes would improve. I did not receive t-shirts and or received multiple repeat boxes. Which is not supposed to happen. I then sent a complaint and they offered me a free box to keep my business. Then sent me a twilight zone box. I've only ever ordered Wizarding world. Very disappointed as these boxes are not cheap.

      Ordered an anime lootcrate as a gift. *** took several months to arrive and when it did, only contained 4 cheap items barely relevant to anything anime. Lootcrate used to be the go to gift box but now no more than a scam mystery box.

      I ordered one of the recent Loot Anime boxes. I got only 4 items, and 2 of them weren't large items. I got a beanie, a decorative anime panel stand up thing, a pin, and a (very firm) stress ball. I didn't even get most items for the subject I primarily wanted, which was Berserk. The stress ball was the ONLY Berserk item, the pin wasn't even ***************** related either. I'm just super disappointed in waiting a month and a half for a box that barely had anything in it.

      would NEVER purchase from this company again! Would advise new costumers to avoid purchasing from this company as well. I ordered a crate that was then never produced, I was not even given the option of a refund. It took months to find out the item wasn't even being made. I contacted customer service and was informed since I was not granted a refund I could in place pick any lootcrate I would like. Instead of following through, the company sent me a lootcrate that contained a beach towel, socks, and a cup. I would never pay $50+ for such ridiculous items. I did contact costumer service AGAIN regarding this issue was told they would get back to me after talking to the next person higher in command and that has been over a year ago! Learn from my mistake, do not buy anything from this company!!!
