    We signed an agreement on 3/16/2023 for $7410 to get an exit from our timeshare. I have not gotten any response and have requested our money back.

    This company took my money and claimed they could get me out of my time shares. After they received my money and the ********* company sent me a letter stating they had previously told this company that they couldnt do this, I had no more contact from the TS relief group!

    On December 14, 2022, we entered into a contract with TS relief group to exit our timeshare contract with *****************. We have since learned through our research that TS relief group now operates under the name of ** compliance *********************** the time of the contract with TS relief group, the agreement was to complete the paperwork through the TS relief group attorneys, and hold the paperwork in abeyance until we notified them that we were ready to proceed with the transaction to exit the timeshare. We had indicated to them that we thought that that would occur within 5 to 7 years. Our objective was to eliminate the need for our children to have to do this as part of our estate transactions later on. Their team also assisted us with an interest-free loan through ****************. This was an 18 month loan, and I was to contact them when the 18 months had expired, and they would roll it over into another interest-free loan with a different lending institution, etc. until we paid the entire $8990 amount of the loan off.When I contacted *** ***** In July of this year to move forward with a new loan, she was condescending and nasty and said she would get back to me the following Wednesday, and I never heard from her again. I called the ** relief hotline number which they provided, and also tried the corporation phone number, and no one answers or responds to my messages. I have since moved through the loan procurement process without their help, but do not have the legal paperwork which their company supposedly prepared for ***** research has indicated that this company is not who they say they are, and cannot be trusted.I am seeking both a phone and written response from the attorney who was working for TS relief group in December of 2022 who processed our paperwork and was holding it in abeyance for us. If no one is able to contact me, I am seeking a full refund of the $8990, which was paid to TS Relief Group on 12/14/2022 at the time of the contract with them.

    On February 2, 2023 I attended a meeting at *********** in *******************, that was sponsored by TS Relief Group from **********************. At that time, I paid them $18, *************************************************************************************************************** ******* ********. I was given a 100% money back certificate of guarantee with an attached addendum that was signed by ****** ******** Director of Attorneys from TS Relief Group. Although the certificate is for 18 months, the addendum to the certificate stated that the Bluegreen timeshares would be dissolved within 90 days of them receiving a copy of the deeds.Copies of the deeds were provided to *********** ******** and ***** ********* at that time. They were also sent to ***** **** on February 3. In addition, they were provided to ****** ****** 6 different dates. For the Bluegreen timeshares on Sept 12, 2023 I was informed via email by Mr. ****** that the Bluegreen timeshares were no longer my responsibility as the new owner would be responsible for the maintenance fees. Mr. ****** states that they have submitted the documentation and are awaiting response from Bluegreen. ********* states no documentation has been submitted. Documentation for the Lifetime Destinations timeshare was provided to ****** and ***** on February 1 and 3rd respectively with written confirmation that the dispute would be placed prior to March 2nd.I have had many communications with ***** **** via email and countless phone calls, each time assuring me things were getting worked on then he referred me to ****** ******. I have learned no progress has been made. Since the Bluegreen timeshares were to be resolved within 90 days from the date of receiving the deeds and no action has taken place on the Nantucket time share and *** fraud code as stated on the 18 month Certificate of Guarantee. I am looking for TS Relief Group to stand by their guarantee and refund the money I paid.

    My husband ****** and I hired TS Relief Group on February ******* to cancel our Timeshare. We paid them $8,831.00 to do so. We were told that most contracts were canceled within 90 days,but that some took a little longer. We were given a 100% money back guarantee that if our contract couldn't be canceled within 18 months our money would be refunded. I have reached out several times, with no resolution.

    In February 2023, my ******** went to a Time Share exit meeting. We bought in to get ourselves out of our time share. We opened 2 credit cards to pay a fee of $16,249.00 to TS Relief Group. After the 90 days they said it would take, we started getting notices from the time share we own about no receiving any payments. We contacted TS Relief group and followed their instructions until July of 2023. At which point, I contacted the 2 credit card companies about fraud. 1 agreed and canceled purchase. The other did not. I have sent this info to them several times but they are saying I owe $10,000 plus dollars because it was past the time to file a complaint.TS Relief group has not fulfilled the exit plan, did not honor their 100% money back guarantee. They provided false documentation to Chase ****** card stating I purchased a Dream Star vacation package by sending them paperwork my wife and I never saw. I had only electronic signatures, missing information, wrong information, etc.TS Relief Group also known as Compliance Verified have not responded to any attempt of me to contact them. They have robbed me of $10,000.00 dollars, I still have my time share, and I have never received any information or mention of Dream Star. I have been fighting this for over a year. I have contacted an attorney to talk with *****; but since the time has been so long, it is not looking favorable. My credit score has gone from 804 the night of the meeting to 623 as of today because I have been fighting this charge to my account.

    My wife and I signed a one-year contract on 6/21/23 with BOTH TS Relief Group and **************************). We had received a mailed postcard invitation from a **********, ** address. We have a signed 100% refund guaranteed if we were not exited from ALL (contracted) ********* memberships and loans within one year. Very little action was initiated, leaving it mostly up to our timeshare companies to initiate their own internal collection procedures. Sunset Conveyance Group became our working *** in August. Today, 8/27/24, 70% of our timeshare memberships remain in our personal names. We personally had to pay off one loan ($8,329.14) in collection in July, plus additional maintenance fees since, and pending. This is clearly breach of contract. We have tried to email our ***s regarding a refund, with no response. We have sent packages of invoices via U.S. certified mail to the numerous registered home and principal offices, and had most of them returned, as Addressee Unknown, with no response to those delivered. This is clearly consumer fraud. We request BBB intervention in opening dialogue regarding our ************ contacts:(primary) ****** ******** with Sunset Conveyance Group ( **********************************************);****** ******** ( ********************************* ); ***** **** ( *************************************** );( ************************************ )One copy of our two-page contract for one (of five) timeshare companies was included as a sample of this nightmare..

    Entered into a contract with TS Relief Group, *********************************************************************************************************************************** to cancel or transfer our three timeshares for $21,110.20 by personal check #*** dated 3/22/23. They provided an Escrow Promissory Note and a 100 percent Money Back Guarantee that the client will get 100 percent of all fees paid to *********** or TS Relief Group if they don't get our timeshare contract cancelled in 8 months. We have been told by *****************************, Director of Legal *************, ********************************** that all three timeshares had been transferred yet we are receiving calls and letters from collection companies for ALL THREE TIMESHARES for nonpayment of fees. We had contacted the Attorney General for the State of Maryland (state where contract was signed) with our complaint on April 2024. The Maryland AG stated in July 22, 2024 letter that "TS Relief Group has failed to cooperate with our efforts to resolve this matter through mediation." We ask your assistance in obtaining a refund of our payment to TS Relief. Also, please post our complaint on the BBB website so that other people will receive an accurate report on TS Relief Group misrepresentations and lack of fulfillment of their contractual duties.

    On 1/12/23 this company stated that they would get me out of my timeshares with ******** and Hilton and signed a 100% Money Back Guarantee that they would do this within 18 months. They did NOTHING but ruin my credit because I stopped paying and these two companies were not even notified that they were doing anything. I have since received foreclosure notices from both Marriott and Hilton and they have notified the ************* of late and no payments. I need my money!
