      I purchased tires and rims from rent a wheel and was harassed everyday by call and even came to my house telling my daughter she has to call me while Im at work and that there not leaving until they talk to me and when I would make a payment he wanted more money and said it wasnt good enough when I was making my payment amount. Im trying to hire an attorney for this matter.

      I've been a customer for rent a wheel for over a year. I've paid for 4 rims and tires. Due to horrible road conditions the rim was bent and tire was shredded on the front passenger side. I contacted rent a wheel to let them know they only replace the tire due to rim was out of stock. I waited a month for them to call and tell ne if the rim was back in stock tgey never called. the front driver hit a pot hole and bent as well, they said they will order another I told them 2 rims since it's now in stock they never did. they only replaced tge front driver and move the passenger to the back, after several complaints and called corporate they did not do anything. Today im stuck on the side of the road due to slow leak and tire is flat. This company works in bad faith and put their customers lives at risk. the company will harasst your family if you miss a payment. they will do anything to save money while over charge for their products. I will be reporting this company to the attorney General, **** and now BBB. this has got to stop, theu are doing it to hundreds of customers and nothing are being done about it. they knew the account was going to be paid off so they refuse to replace any product even though there is a sign contract states any damages done it will be replaced I an requesting my rim to be replaced as I was *** it will be done when it was back in stock

      I went to buy wheels and tires. I had already filled out the application online and was preapproved. Once I went in person to the store the manager kept asking for documents that were fictitious . He said that in his computer it kept telling him that the car wasnt paid off completely . Which its a lie I have the temporary registration which I showed him and it doesnt say anything about a **** ****** which would be the case if I owed anything. He discriminated against me based on my appearance and ratial profiled me . I provided all documents he asked . Im very unhappy I wasted half my day I drove an hour to get there.

      During the month of June we as a consumer need tires because the kids wasnt safe with the tires on the car. Well we have paid THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS on our account and we have a balance of SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS. They harassed my pastors house and his name was JUNIOR a complete stranger at the door! This is horrible experience

      I had purchased tires from them and my car was repo so I no longer have the car and they sent me a email offering me a settlement settlement and I sent back saying I couldnt meet it by their deadline, but if they would be willing to do it in two payment they never responded so tonight on November 20 I got a call and then they continue to call back and left like several messages like back-to-back after like three seconds of each then I called him back and then he wasnt talking so I hung up and then they text me from their personal phone number and then proceeded to tell me that since I hung up on them that theyre gonna go ahead and make sure that I go to jail for over a year because I stole their property just because my car was repo doesnt give me the right to not pay for a property so when I responded back, I let them know that if they wouldve responded to the fact that I sent several emails and that I would take the settlement, but I had to do it into payments that they bothered to not Respond so the lack of them and that wasnt an attorney or anything that was making the threats and he says it doesnt matter what he is he can say whatever he wants because its a promise and they will make sure I go to jail

      Went in today 9/30/24 to rent a tire to get my tires rotated and balanced but when my car was ready the sales person informed the person who put the tires on my car rolled down my driver window and it wouldn't come roll back up which I had no issues when bringing my vehicle in so after I checked the window the sales person said it could be the window regulator which I asked why was the window rolled down to put on the tires which I was told two different the sales person said the windows didn't needed to be rolled down but the wheel tech said he rolled it down so he could see to put it on the ramp not only that but the inside of my vehicle from the steering wheel to the inside door panel was dirty from him changing the tires I spoke with the Mgr. who disregarded the whole situation by saying it happens it even happened to his car which had us getting into a shouting match because I asked what does that mean for my window which at that moment he said he was calling the police this is the first time this has happened and I've been renting from this company since ************************************************************** the heat isn't good for myself or my grandkids this company was at fault and not only do I have to pay a rent a tire bill but now get my window fixed

      This was nothing the store did wrong but he was upset at how they told him we are not responsible for his window regulator(customer felt we didn't care), I gave him a bump to free up the funds for him to get his window fixed for the misunderstanding and spoke with the whole time at watching the way they use gloves and do not take them off before entering a customers car. This customer even called me back after we spoke to let me know that ***** apologized and that they are back to good standing.

      I purchased tires from this store on August 5th but the store didnt have what I was looking for. I was told a new set of tires and wheels required a $200 deposit if they had to order them. However, I purchased used tires already in the storage area. So the start cost should have only been $20 but I was told I still had to put a deposit down for more. I asked the guy helping me how much the total would be and he approximately $2000. I was told my payments would start on September 27th however I started receiving texts and calls about my payment being due on the 21st which doesnt reflect my payday. The lady had an attitude with me on several occasions. If I put a down payment on the tires and my payment is still due then what was the down payment for? The paperwork is not correct with the correct dates. There was also an attempt on my debit card to draft a payment that wasnt due yet. I have been given different information regarding my total amount due as well as my initial due date. I contacted the corporate office multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. This is ridiculous and I refuse to deal with unprofessionalism. I will be returning the product to the store.

I DONT CARE ABOUT HIS THREATS AND HE DID BY TELLINGMY AGRESSIVLEY THEY DONT HAVE A ***** PERIOD .., OK COOL BUT I HAVENT BEEN LATE ONCE OR MISSED 1 PAYMENT AND LETS TALK ABOUT IT I TECNICALLY HAVE PAID THE COST OF THE TIRES OFF ALREADY , THEY NEED TO REMOVE THIS TRACKER FROM MY CAR I OWN MY CAR NOT THEM ..       August of 2023 I purchase a set of tires and rims for the company. I put on the plan where I can make purchase when I get paid. Within a month a two of getting my tires I got a flat. I had warranty on the tires which they were to fix or replace if they couldn't fix. They said they couldn't fix the tire and they would have to replace it. It took them a month and half to get tire. I was riding around on a dounut tire. Everytime I would call they the tire was out of stock and they were ordering it. I had all kinds of things told to me. In addition, the centerpieces for the rim was misplaced when the tire went flat. I ask if they could order another and will pay for it. They said they will order it. I waitied about another month or two and I wasn't getting updates on the status of the centerpiece. When I called they told me that I would have to look and the centerpiece myself. I was late on a payment and they started calling me texting about the payment. I told them I will make as soon as possible once my deposit. That's when I learned they had payment options setup incorrectly. I told them I get paid 15th and last day of month. My bank account and bank card has been frozen because over the mulitple attempt of them trying payments. I have been threaten that a warrant is been taking out for my arrest and my vehicle is going to be repo. On, August 19, 2024, they had someone to come to out to my job and flatten 3 tires and take the stem valve. I worked on private government property and no one came inside and ask for me nor they called me. Our security guard was doing his rounds and notice my tires were flat. In addition, I was parked on hill because of the type tires I have they already look flat. My sensor was still reading that I air in all my tires. I had an appointment that afternoon which means I would have been leaving early. I could have accidents, hit any students who walking or a bus.

      Dear Rent-A-Tire Corporate Office,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor customer service and unresolved warranty issue I have encountered at your *********, ** location (*****************).I have been waiting for a warranty exchange on my tire for [mention the exact duration if known, e.g., "over three weeks"]. Despite making multiple calls to the store, my inquiries have either gone unanswered, or I have been placed on hold without receiving any updates. When I do manage to speak with someone, I am repeatedly told that the delay is due to the vendor, and the timeline for resolution keeps shifting from 3-5 days to 7-10 days, with still no resolution in sight.This experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me without a clear understanding of when my issue will be resolved.
