I had tires installed on my vehicle and parts were removed from my vehicle I just wanted them to return the parts that were removed (leveling kit) and the manager ***** stated to me(prove it) I just wanted my stolen parts to be returned.Initial Complaint

In August 2022 I went to Rent A Tire Rent A Wheel on ************ that is at ***************************************************************** I was told that I would get two tires Hercules today and then the other two would come in in two weeks problem was they were not Hercules Tires they were ohtsu tires I then ask them why they said these were better tires I looked up online they were half the price of the Hercules Tires I continue to make payments my car started to mess up and the front a mechanic told me it was due to them putting the wrong size tires I have contacted them they are they're not willing to replace the tires and I told them they only have permission to withdraw money from my account one time through a card I used for my dogs food not too withdraw again I did not sign a paper for them to withdraw from that account I wake up this morning and again this has happened about five times I told him do not use that account well about five times they go and date ***** through the account they literally go in there and put number by number taking a Time to take out everything from it there was only $26 in there the last time I was like 40 something another time they took a hundred and something I told him to quit that I called them I told him to put that **** money back hung up on them she wants more money now the total cost of the Hercules I said I'm not paying her another dime until I get those Hercules Tires I already given her **** dollars for tires that I did not want tires that are cheap and *** the manager is continuing to go to my account number by number and we're drawing everything from it and that's the account we use for my dog for his medicine if something happens to my dog like my dog dies because of her lying to me I will go to the end of the Earth making sure that they pay for what they did in court. They do not have permission to be going into that account they do not have a mission to be snooping through my account and taking everything from that accountInitial Complaint

On November 14 th,2022 I purchased some wheels from the above mentioned business. I paid $130.00 down payment and was told I would have to pay a additional $125.00 on November 19th , 2022 because my payment was $255.00 every 2 weeks but when the 19th came they said I owed $255.00 which was not told to me by the manager. I paid $118.00 yesterday for a total of $248.00 . The manager said they made a mistake in my paperwork so I didn't have to pay anything else until December 3rd, 2022. I was over it and turned the wheels and tires back in and asked for a refund of my money but was told no. It clearly states on there website that all refunds and exchanges are up to managers discretion. I just want my money I paid which was $248.00 . ThanksInitial Complaint

I was looking for an affordable way to replace 2 tires online and Rent-A-Wheel was the first Google suggestion. After reading their website & finding a location near me, I completed the pre-approval process & was approved for up to $3500 credit. I received an email to verify my account then I ordered. The terms of my contract was $20 down and $11.95 per week. I paid $20 online. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from ****** from the ********************* & we scheduled my appt to bring my car in. This is when ****** informed me to make sure I bring $110 in cash ONLY. (No checks, debit/credit cards) I told her if I had $130 if would've just purchased the 2 tires. Today, I called her back to ask for a refund for the $20 & she said I would have to call the 800 # on website so I did and spoke to **. He informed me that the $20 was non-refundable. Their website is very deceptive and they are ripping people off. The scary part is I foolishly gave them ALL my personal information to get pre-approved for a contract that doesn't exist.Initial Complaint

RAW (Bellaire, Tx) over torqued my lugs on my Sentra resulting in TWO MAJOR incidents and is denying responsibility and refusing to fix/help.Incident 1(7/2/2022): Left front wheel broke off while driving (darker images taken at night). This resulted in major damage to our car resulting in >$1000 damage. They covered this but repairs from Maaco we're shoddy. The front fender/bumper joint still separates frequently and has to be pushed into place due to a torn islet that was not repaired (see first pic). There is also a segment near the top of the fender where there is a run of paint from repaint (hard to see on pic).Incident 2(7/25/2022): Heard similar sound prior to as when wheel broke off before, coming from right front wheel, and pulled over and found that 1 lug had sheared off and another was loose enough to turn with fingers(daytime pics).I immediately notified *** at the Bellaire location and was met with total resistance. Not only was he defensive and unprofessional, he denied all responsibility, citing "this is impossible, they have been tampered with, I supervised the torquing of the lugs and we have paid for everything we are going to pay for". He refused to give us the contact info of his superior and hung up on both my wife and I.Not sure what to do at this point. Help PleaseInitial Complaint

On July 6 I called and spoke with the customer service representative to the number that had been repeatedly calling me the representative assured me the payment arrangements that I set up would secure my account I was trying to make the payment before 5 PM close the business day when they came and repossessed my rim and tires off my car I was not able to go anywhere my mother was sick and needed food he said the store manager would bring me some tires that I could use because I don't have my stock tires anymore and he did not do thatInitial Complaint

I bought rims from this business and I was paying weekly, on June 18, 2022, my balance was $92.76 and on June 21, 2022 I made 2 payments, one of $82 and $41 with one card and another payment of $41 with a different card and today July 2, 2022 another payment of $82 was debited out of my account. I called Rent a tire and the lady in charge of accounts, told me that she will close the account and hung up on me and I called back to speak to manager but since she closed the account, he couldn't see the transactions in the account anymore. I tried calling them back and they wouldn't answer until she picked up again and she told me that she did nothing wrong and that the account was closed and now I'm getting calls from there and they only hung up so I don't really understand why they are harassing me since they are the ones stealing money.
