They approved a fraudulent car loan that someone took out under my son's name and repossessed my son's car after non payment. My son never received any notice from them because he didn't take out the loan. The *** ruled the loan fraudulent when they discovered that my son's car had 2 titles and the most recent title signature didn't match the original title which he has and never reported lost.Business Response

I purchased a solar system through shine solar and before I did I was told no lein would be put on my property Wilshire put a wcc1 lein on my property if I would have known this I would not have got the system. And now they won't do a subordination release for 30 days so I can refinance my home and everyone I talked to through the process new I was refinancing my home this summer. And to make things worse is they don't even have my loan anymore Enium Capital does but Wilshire still has the say if the will honor the subordination request don't do business with these people. I m even willing to pay 2 months in advance so everyone gets their money but it brings me back to the question why do they get to say no when they don't even hold my loan anymoreBusiness Response

I have tried since Nov 8th, 2022 to get Wilshire Consumer Credit to provide me a Payoff Settlement ***** XXXXXXXX), suggested and promised by Customer Service Representative ***** ******* (extension XXXXX) only to be given a complete run-around by not only ***** but his supposedly "supervisors" and other customer service representatives. I have been promised email confirmations and return phone calls and as of today, Dec. 10th, absolutely no resolution to my concern. I have made phone calls no less than twice a week requesting information and have gotten nothing. My payments on the loan have been postponed until a resolution is provided and now leading me 2 months in arrears, and now creating late fee's that I should not be responsible for as they have created the late fee's by not providing information requested and promised by Mr. ******** I feel like this company is a scam and making every effort to have me default on the loan therefore providing them with leverage to repossess my vehicle. All I have requested is to allow me to repay them the ***** I borrowed from them in Feb, 2022. I am not seeking any refund in interest or administration fee's or payments that I have made since the acquisition of the loan. Simply to pay them in full only what I borrowed. For some reason they are hesitant to take my funds.Business Response

I took out a loan on my vehicle back in the end of 2021. It was a $2000 loan on top of my vehicle loan. Which came to a total of like $6000. I statutes making payments on it. I'm Feb 2022 I made a $3400 payment towards the loan which should have left me with about $3400 owed left on the car. In October I realized that the payment i made didn't go to the entire bill but was broken down into monthly payment which it was explained to me that this would bring my total amount down to $3400 odd dollars. My interest rate went up and also my monthly installment. They are asking me to pay $521 for the month of December. Which is almost my rent amount. After being transferred and talked to so many people they still haven't answered my questions about my bill or statements. Which by the way I didn't get a statement for October. I have been trying to refinance my vehicle just so I can get the monthly payment down. They also said they were going to refinance my vehicle but when they transfer me I always hang up on me or I'm waiting on hold for a long time. All my payments are going to majority of the interest and not the principal. Also my income has dropped and it's hard to afford $521 a month. When asked what the breakdown is all i get is fees but never what the principal or monthly cost of the loan. Please someone help. I can't afford to lose my car with three children under 5. I can't afford to lose a roof over there head because I have to pay my car loan before my rent. I just need some answers and help. Currently I owe over a little $6000 for this loan and it doesn't make sense. It seems like no matter how much I pay the balance isn't going down.Business Response

I took out a title loan with this company. The car got repo on Nov 27. I was given the amount of money to pay by money gram to get the vehicle back. I paid all fees on Nov 28th. After calling with reference # for payment as instructed. They were to fax, call,or email the tow company to release the vehicle. I keep calling the tow company to make arrangements to pick up vehicle 4days today the tow company say they haven't been authorized to release but 3 associates have told me that it has been released on Wilshire end. I still have no car and I have been paying for a ride to work. Unfortunately my circumstances got me here but I think this company has not done what it should have done to get my car released after I paid the fee and I'm still paying because I have to get to work. Please help me resolve this issue.Business Response

Vehicle was repossessed next day all payments where made to claim the vehicle. Once it was time for vehicle to be released they had excuses as to why the release hasn't been sent and saying they would send it just for the company that towed my vehicle to say they never received anything from them the day I was suppose to pick up the vehicle which was 3 days later.Business Response
