Ive been trying to return some clothes that I ordered that do not fit. I have tried to log into the website ************** The password is not working. The first step in the return process is logging into your account. I keep submitting the request for a password reset and I never received anything. Now I am beyond the time limit to return the clothes. When I selected the chat feature, the website just directs me to an information page instead of a chat conversation. They do not have a telephone number to call. It seem like a deliberate attempt to avoid customers.Initial Complaint

I made an online purchase to Emeryrose clothing *** on Sept. 7, 2022. The order was for 4 items and the order no. was #*********. When the package arrived several weeks later, I kept one item and went online to attempt to return the other three, which were too large. The website was impossible to navigate. When you click on returns, it tells you to go to a link for the return label, but there is no link. I repeatedly looked throughout their website and there was no link to a return label for mailing. In addition nowhere on the site does it offer a way to contact the company directly, no email address or phone number. I finally went online to look up the company and found an address in ***********. I knew that would not be a return center and was probably a headquarters, but I was so frustrated that I wrote a note expressing my disappointment with their policy and asking for my refund. I paid $12.00 at **** and sent the three items to the LA address on Sept. 29th. If necessary, I have copies of the order confirmation, the *** request, and the mailing receipt. I have never been contacted by anyone with Emeryrose and, of course, gotten no refund. I would like to have your help in resolving this issue by receiving a refund. They continue to send me emails encouraging me to make new purchases. This is not a reputable company and should be required to make good on their return policy. Ordered 5 dresses, all the same size. None of them fit properly so wanted to return for credit. Requsted a return label but all I received was a picture of the dresses I order. I have been unable to ontact their **************** as their site does not work properly. There is no other way to contact them so I am at a loss as to what my recourse is now. I can't locate a return address for Emery Rose to ship my return items back to so I can receive a refund. The website online refund processing does not work properly for me to process the return. The **************** has responded with a bunch of runaround double-talk but NEVER answers my question on WHERE to ship my items to return them to receive my refund. There is NOTHING in the website instructions for returns that provides the Returns address at my own expense. No Returns label was included in my packaged delivery as it was supposed to be so I cannot use that method. I am now stuck with $75 worth of items I do not like and do not want and can find no way to return the items to get my refund as NO RETURNS ADDRESS is provided by Emery Rose and they did not include a Returns label in my delivery, either. I am contacting my credit card company and asking them to intervene yet there is NO PHONE NUMBER and no way to contact Emery Rose other than their automated chat or a **************** team that NEVER provides the information requested for a Returns address to send back my items and receive a refund.Business Response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/09/22) */ Support and response was initially poor and extremely frustrating when I first started out asking for my requst to return items and get a refund. However, eventually suport improved steadily until I got the final resolution and received my refund so now I am satisfied. This is about the poor **************** from ********* online clothing company. I ordered two tops one bracelet one pair of earrings. When they arrived the color of the earrings one of the blouses and the bracelet which they sent and charged me for two of them were not the colors as shown on their website. I contacted them to let them know and ship back the items for a refund, all they wanted to do was argue the situation telling me that the color was the same as shown. I took pictures and sent to them clearly showing a different color of the items. ******* to give ******* I want my money back Please assist
