    I would put o stars if it would let me. I ordered a hand bag, put my few thing in it and the strap broke the same day. Emery rose returns are a laugh. Gives no phone number to call. You chat with a computer that takes 24 hours to reply, you get no answer. I followed the rules for my return and it says I have no account, never had orders. It was the same way when I was tracking my order I wanted to order some cute earrings from them, but not going to now, they might break. I recommend not to order from this company .

    Horrible company. Steal your money! I made a return just like it was mentioned in the return policy and never got my money back! After calling multiple times they were saying that can't find my return and it was there. They are scammers, do not shop there!

    I have had good experiences with this company. The clothes were delivered within **** days. Sizes run somewhat small so I order larger than normal. The prices are really good. The plus sizes are accurate. I wait until things are on sale and buy them, free shipping. If you're not in a huge hurry it's fine. Don't expect a $100 blouse for $5 but a $20 for $5, yes. Pay using PayPal for your protection, no debit cards.

    I have the same experience as the others. Ordered because friends suggested this site on ********* Clothing sizes very strange so need to return almost everything. Went to site and put in for return and opted to pay the $7.99 return fee. Got a link but it does not work. **************** is a chat that no one can get to - it says reloading over and over. Filing a complaint with my credit card company right now.
    I will not pay for this- do not order form this company.

    Horrible Company! Fabric is not as described, very thin, slick and cheap! Very Ghetto, they charge half the price of item, for returns, and return label link they sent doesn't even work, they're are hoping customers just give up trying. STAY AWAY!!!

    I purchased our order for two pair of shoes they stated that the order was delivered UPS. When I use the tracking number to find the order I contacted UPS they stated they dropped the order off to one of their locations Michaels store. So when I went to go pick up the order there was no order for me at all I've been trying to contact Emory Rose but there is no good number for them at all I even went to the point of contacting Michael's Corporation store to find out where is my package I have yet to not receive any of my items that I purchased and I have not yet to receive any refunds of my purchases. I suggest to any customer that's looking to purchase anything from Emory roads do not do it they're horrible they're not getting your merchandise to you at all you can't even contact them to let them know that you do not even have the items makes me believe that they never sent the items at all. It looks like $50 just went down the drain.

    They charged me for a order which clearly shows on my bank statement! When I go to track the order it says canceled!!! Which I received no refund an I still haven't received the merchandise!!! All the **************** numbers are bogus! My bank has no contact info Jus that they are located in California!!

    I ordered 2 outfits *** supposed to be here July 6th, I never received it..and I can't reach anyone but a bit on their customer chat, which is a joke. So if it doesn't come I've lost *** which ***** because I had $30 stolen from me so almost $100 gone and I'm on a fixed income...smh. Don't order from Emory Rose. This is my first time and it will be my last.

    I ordered 2 tops that did not fit. I returned both tops and not only did I have to pay ** shipping cost but had to pay another ** for the return shipping. They deducted the ** from my refund. Lousy ****************. I might have reorded except for the fact that I paid *** in shipping cost for a *** order.

    Don't do it! IF you need to return things you CANNOT. Extremely difficult to get a hold of **************** so you're Stuck with their items even if they don't fit!

    Fortunately PayPal is assisting me in a Dispute so I Might get reimbursed for my items. I was forced to spend 20.00 to return the dresses & had to get the address off their website, I had a tracking number
    to give PayPal.

    Don't buy anything if the business isn't a BBB customer! New motto for me.
