    Zero stars advertising on website to get orders before Christmas. Shipping paid and orders will be received after Christmas. That's false advertisement. They wouldn't give me a refund or any sort of tracking information besides telling me that I wouldn't get any sort of update until after 12/26. My order was supposed to be delivered to store in order to get before Christmas. While I was chatting with an agent named ******* she ended the chat while I was trying to get my situation resolved.

    (********************************************************) Weird Forever 21,location to visit I dont shop here, but i come to do returns sometimes. Never have any problems with my returns, neither do i present any problems/negativity as a customer. ********/college age employees who help me though tend to generally behave like catty teens in my experience. What they say/the way they speak to me or how they stare at/act towards me creates this very childish and uncomfortable space each time. The store itself is very clean/organized, and adult employees are good to work with. I hope their soon-to-be-adult employees mature out of their juvenile competitive demeanor and develop their customer service skills and professionalism

    Forever 21 had an online sale of an additional 50% off sale items if you used the code Extra50. Not all items qualified , but, those that did posted the price in red with the code. You were prompted to enter the code at checkout. After spending 2 plus hours and adding over 34 items to my cart, I put in my code only to find that the discount didn't come off my items!. So, I went on the chat where I was told to place my order anyway and then contact them and they'll put in a price adjustment! I',m sorry, that's not how I do business! If you're advertising a sale with a code, then the code should work, I'm not placing an order and then hope I'd get my money back. What kind of customer service is that. So, they gave me the main number to call.This *** tells me that if the stuff is on sale then it doesn't qualify for 50% off bc it's already on sale! But I explain that the website is stating that there's an additional 50% off and it's showing it in a new price next to the item, prompting you to enter the code at checkout. He tells me that it must be wrong! Really, well how is it that the whole sale section is stating that it's got an online special of an additional 50% all sale items? He tells me it can't be, even though I'm looking at it! So I ask to speak to a manager, who never get on the phone. After half hour, he gets back on and says they'll call me back. Guess what, they never did! So Im assuming Forever 21 is into scamming their customers now? I plan to call their corporate office in the morning and give them an ear full . So unacceptable.

    I ordered a package on the Forever 21 app for pickup in store. The app to this day still says they will notify me "when this order is ready for pickup."When I called today to see when I could pick it up, they said it was cancelled, and I could not get the same price despite having already paid for it.This is the first store I've dealt with that did not update their status on their app, did not give out information about the expected pick-up time on the app, and did not post anywhere that the order was cancelled.I am very disappointed with the customer service there, especially since I had already paid for the item and was just waiting for the status to change on the app so I could go pick it up.

    I ordered a package it must have been stolen. They made me wait 2 months had to do a police report and everything. Told me they couldn't help me see what the police can do for me, and also wouldn't let me speak to a manager.

    Horrible service! I had placed an order on August *******. I called back the next morning to cancel an item off because it was a duplicate item that I ordered by accident and the representative **** was rude and she didnt allow me to cancel the item nor did she allow me to speak to a supervisor. The items that I ordered hadnt shipped out yet.
