    Complaint JLUXLABEL regarding issues of fraud and theft. 1.First Order: I purchased a dress, which I believed also included a matching sweater, as the advertisement was misleading. Order Number ******* (Returned Size Small ******* Beige-***** Sweater Knit Dress) Replacement Number for dress only: ******* (Size Medium ******* **** ***** Sweater Knit Dress)2.Second Order: I purchased another dress and a top. Order Number: ******* None of the items fit properly. I immediately contacted JLUXLABEL the same day the items arrived, as I discovered that the company was charging a $30 restocking fee per item to return them, in addition to $7.99 for returning the first dress and $16.99 for the second order.I was informed via email and online that I would receive a full refund if I opted for store credit instead of returning the items. I agreed to this policy, as I did not want to lose my money.1.First Order:When I returned the first dress, I did not receive the full refund. Instead, I was charged $7.99 for shipping.JLUXLABEL then charged my account a second time instead of applying my store credit toward a new dress in a larger size.2.Second Order:By the time I placed the replacement order for the new dress, the price had dropped to $68 (from $80).I returned all three items (the original dress, the second dress, and the top) in one box to avoid paying two separate shipping fees. I paid $7.99 for shipping, as it made no sense to pay an additional $16.99 for a second shipment.JLUXLABEL has failed to credit $161.27 for the returned items, as stated under the store credit policy.     In November, I purchased multiple items. When I received the order it was VERY obvious that the sizing was completely wrong on one of the bodysuits. Im a Small. The bodysuit without even trying it on looked like a Large. I had another item I wanted to return so I reached out to them and let them know that despite their site saying I cant return a bodysuit, the one sent to me is not the right size so Im sending it back. They sent me an email saying because the bodysuit cant be returned, once they receive it theyll be sending it back to me. I couldve regifted it or something. They NEVER sent it back so I disputed for that amount through my bank. These people are FIGHTING with my bank to keep my money. Thats considered stealing and straight up lying. They stole $73 from me. I provided the proof of the email from a girl named India that she said shell be sending it back to me, and nothing. No regard whatsoever and actually fighting back for my money.

    I purchased a beautiful dress and I also purchased a $10 package protection plan. Despite this, my product arrived damaged. I called to get this resolved and I left the detail message about what needed to be done including my email and they claimed they left they called and was unable to leave a message which that has never happened before in the past. Im a first-time customer and spent almost $400. To my disappointment, l wanted m to have faith in their product.I spoke to *****, the customer service manager, and she only offered to send a free return label for the entire dress that would not arrive in time from my planned event. She refused to send replacement item. She refused to offer anything that would actually help and accommodate my inconvenience. I asked to speak to her superior and she refused to provide that information. I asked for the company CFOs name and she refused to provide that information.Very disappointed. The protection plan was a joke and a way to get more money.

    I ordered a dress on march 3 2024 from this company. The dress was delivered 3/9. Upon receiving the dress it was damaged with snagging going across the front. I contacted the company on the next business day 3/11 and uploaded all of the information they requested. I mailed the package back on 3/12. On 3/14 I called to follow up since I hadnt received an email saying that my new exchange was shipped. The agent I spoke to told me that it was not a problem they got the return, and he was processing my exchange. I received my package a few days later on 3/25 I contacted the company to return the dress since I found something else that I wanted to order from them. The manager insisted to me that in order to process a return I needed to return two dresses because their warehouse claims to have shipped two to me the one dress I returned for the exchange which they confirmed and the other dress I have and I want to return. Theyre refusing to return my money to me unless I send them back to dresses which is impossible since I only have one.

    Placed order on Nov.22,2023.ORDER NUMBER:1079891. 2 items are defected.I sent the business detailed explanation of issue&photo proof of coat&skirt not as ordered.Isent screenshots of their site saying customers should trust their size guide, that their styles fit TRUE TO SIZE. both items are worn by the same model &says she wears a size S &measures at 36 inch.They send one over 38 inch!The bust area is 42 inch XL/XXL as per size chart.Coat was for my sister-wears a size S from them(same body type as the model).The coat said SLIGHTLY oversized,so i ordered 1size down.material is cheap and not like the photo.Skirt is not high waste(as advertised)falls under belly button.shown is how much should be cut off so that it would be high waste.style is not as advertised,slit is must be high up to the thigh&the slit is barely at ankle area on what they sent.Site says domestic shipping is free above $150. I spent $297.15 &was charged $7.99 for shipping. I sent many emails &completed the online forms for both items with proof they are not as described.They took forever to reply to any of my attempts,ignored what i said&kept repeating the coat is not wrong.They only said its oversized.Its described as ******** oversized which is why i ordered a size down. I kept asking them how a slightly oversized XS item measures at XXL in their chart&after several emails of me asking they said this item doesnt answer to their size table.The item description has a link to the size chart right at the product description.No one responded about the skirt being a different item,falsely advertised on the site. Only automatic email to return the items&pay shipping&restocking fees.theyre charging shipping fees separately for each item even though its1 order.i told them in my 1sr email that I was in Europe& wont be in the US to return the items until Jan27 &their return closes on Jan 12.They sent wrong items&are refusing my full refund.I want refund for $77.99-coat,$49.19-skirt &$7.99-shipping.

    I purchased my first order from jluxlabel on 9/27/23 Order ******* Once the pants arrived I noticed they wouldn't zip properly and the ***** was hanging on by a thread.The seam of the pants also seemed to be wrong Also there was no tag attached to the pants so once I ** tasted jlux for an exchange they told me they **uld not honor my request The issue is I received damaged clothing with no tags attached and they are making this my problem My event is in a week so I no longer want the exchange but something needs to be done for the error on their part

    I purchased a dress from this company. I tried it on and decided I didnt like it and took it off and put it right back in the package. There were no damages (known to me) to this product. I returned the item per instructions from the website. I got notified of the return. Several weeks later I received an email saying the item I returned did not meet their standards and that I had 2 options.1: To have them process the return less a $25 restocking fee and the remainder as credit or 2: have them send the unwanted item back to me minus $25 restocking fee AND I have to pay the shipping. I responded to the company asking them to please tell me what didnt meet their standards and send photo proof of it. I never got a response. I followed up again. No response.

    DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DONT!!!!! I placed an order of over $400. The package stated it was on my county BUT didnt have a delivery date set I asked for my order and this HORRIBLE company stated I have to wait, so thats what I did 4 days later they stated that the package was not delivered because some outfit were back order so looks like they shipped my package incomplete. After they sent me that email they issued a gift card for $10 less of what I paid. I sent an email again stating I dont want the gift card I just want the money back since there is no point of me getting anything since nothing is on sale and the outfits that I wanted are not available on my size. They stated that they cant because I NEVER GOT THE INSURANCE WHICH COST $10. Like WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEM. I wont get my money back even though was NEVER my fault. This is my second time and the first time was even WORSE! I guess with the second I learned something.

    On September 25,2022, I placed order number ****** for 4 dresses. ********************************************************** On September 26, I received email confirmation that it was on its way. On October 4th, I received an email it was delivered. When I opened the bag there was one dress, the purple one. The bag only fit one dress and I thought the others would come separately. On October 6th, the dresses did not arrive so I sent 2 emails to inquire. I sent the second one with the order number and a photo of the confirmation photo of delivery. I received an automatic response that I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. On October 9, I was asked via email to send picture of item, bag it was received in with shipping label, delivery confirmation photo and packing slip. On October 9th, I sent all but the packing slip as I did not have. It was apparent that based on the size of the bag, 4 dresses could not have fit. On October 13, I sent an email asking if they received the photos and was there an update. I requested the other three dresses. On October 16th, I received an email asking for feedback and I reported that I am disappointed as there is no resolution. I paid for 4 dresses and received one. I have not received a response to photos requested. So I cannot rate the service. I have not heard back or received the dresses. I have called 4 times and left 3 messages with response. I like the dress I received and would like the other 3 that I purchased.
