I don't even want to leave them one star. I ordered a dress on March 21. On March 24 they sent me an email saying it had shipped. It was delivered on March 31. I tried the dress on and didn't like it so was within the 14 days of the delivery date bases on their return policy. I sent an email because the we site state unavailable to return. I sent an email and they dtayed it was outside of the 14 day window because it was delivered on March 24. I sent a message back giving them pictures that they sent me an email on March 24 that it has shipped and the *** of the delivery date. They didn't even reply back to me. Why have a return policy if you're not going to adhere to that. Terrible customer experience.Jluxlabel

This place is the worst! I ordered almost $200 worth of clothing. In my order was a black long sleeve shirt with matching high waisted skirt and belt. It was delivered. I tried it on and liked the way it looked and felt. I decided to wear it to work the next day. I removed the tags and disposed of them thinking I would be keeping the item. After work , I went home to change. Unbeknownst to me, throughout the day the shirt had stained my entire skin and bra BLACK! I couldnt believe it! I had to shower multiple times and scrub endless to remove the staining - to which some still remained afterwards. That is completely unacceptable. I have never in all my life had an item completely stain my skin black. I wrote them and email requesting a full refund- still waiting on their response. I would avoid this company like the plague! Whatever dyes they use in their clothing is s*** Do not shop here, waste your money and ruin your skin!!! I will update if I get a response from my email. I am so disappointed.Jluxlabel

I paid for overnight shipping on a dress for a work event and it wasnt delivered on time and on top of that I reached out because they delivered to the wrong address and they said there is not much they could do which is fine but I have worked with other clothing brands and **** are reaty helpful to make things right but they didnt even care. Now I have to go buy another dress 1 hour before my event and Im out of 125+ dollars until ai can file a claimJluxlabel

This place is a rip off and looks like Ill have to call my bank to get my money back. Im unsatisfied with a trench coat I ordered. It fits boxy like a man not at all like the sleek **** look advertised and I have a small waist and big hips and it still fits poorly. Its also extremely heavy and runs huge dispute me using their recommended size guide. I went to request a refund, and I have 2 options 1. Exchange with $15 added to my purchase or 2. LOSE 40 and take $88 when I paid 113 This doesnt even make any sense and cant be legal. A refund means I get ALL of my money back !! Would NEVER shop here again .Jluxlabel

If I could rate this boutique zero stars, I would. I ordered expedited overnight shipping on December 1 and the label was created on December 2. Because I needed this order for a trip. I went on my trip and came back. It is now December 11 and the tracking number still says label created and there has been no movement nor has the package been given to ***** or picked up for shipping I have been emailing back-and-forth with the company and all they offered was to refund the Expedited shipping cost. They refused to refund me for the package and they want me to receive the package and then return it to them when the package has not even left their warehouse according to the tracking number. it is super frustrating to communicate with them through email as they sound like a robot and they dont really read my emails and respond to my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend shopping from this boutique as they are very unprofessional and they do not deliver in time nor do they provide refunds for something they has not even been shipped out.Jluxlabel

1 starThe strap to the iredescent green dress broke on the day of my event. I didnt even make it out my house. The metal clasp for the dress strap is cheaply made and broke. Very disappointed as the metal straps make the dress look better and provide support for my chest. I wanted to return but the return policy is tricky and states that items not returned properly, per the return policy, then the item will not be returned to the sender and will be discarded. I never ordered anything from this place. They send texts on my number and there is no place to STOP this messages. Their texts are from four digit numbers. No matter how many times I block them, they find the way to send me the texts from some other number. This company screams Scam. They should be banned ASAP.Jluxlabel

Do not order from here. For a company to call themselves "lux" they are far from it. I received an item from them and it ripped at the seams right when I tried. I am a small girl and wear a small. I got another item of the same type in a small and it was fine, but that item ripped and they refused to refund me and just give me store credit. I would never order from here again but I might as well use my store credit, but after that never again and their customer service agents are very unhelpful. I hv ordered several times from jluxlabel. This last time will be my last time. I ordered from a flash sale and the dress showed up 3 days late and had a stain on the dress. It looks like another garment **** on the fabric so I have a greenish blue stain on a peach dress. They offered 20% off my next order but refused to exchange or discount the dress. The sizing of their clothes is also inconsistent. Overall very disappointed with the customer care.Jluxlabel
