      I have purchased 2 pairs of jeans and a shirt. One of the jeans were to big. It was delivered 02/07/2025. I went online to create a return label. FYI I have tried a previous time and it doesnt work so I have go through email for them to send a pdf. Big surprise it didnt work. Today I reach through email and text and escalate it to a manager and she was no help. Blames me for not letting them know the link didnt work, yet Ive sent plenty of email saying I needed one and please attach! Due to past 30 days yet the email when I requested the return label to be attached was 02/11/2025!!! All I need is to return for a smaller size but they dont do exchanges on refunds. Now I got jeans 2 sizes to big because their customer service lacked. The manager disconnected the chat and I will admit I was frustrated but in no way rude.

      I made an online purchase on April 9th 2025 with True Religion jeans. Order number ******** the purchase was too small I returned them to True Religion store in ********************. I was expecting a refund Within 3 to 5 business days.. I contacted the merchant several times to no avail and it's like they are ignoring me and have their merchandise.. I have not received my refund and was left with no other choice but to contact the BBB...

      Placed 2 orders, 2 days apart.the first order i received an email confirmation however there was no order number, and I did not have an account. The second order, I got the confirmation with an order number but the email address was different than the other. I will be reporting fraud to my bank. This website should be shut down.

      I ordered a package 3/24/2025 and received a tracking number from ***** that also said it would arrive 3/29 per checking the tracking my package has been stuck in a warehouse in ******* since the 3/29 I chatted with the true religion theyre telling me to wait until 4/3/25 this is completely unacceptable if Im telling you my package is stuck why would I wait instead of yall calling ***** to see what is going on. I want my items or I would like a refund I see a lot of complaints about the same issue so maybe the company should use a different carrier or figure out something else to resolve this continued issue

      I placed 2 orders with true religion. both orders had an exception and have been sitting in in ******* and **** with no movement. I spent almost 400 between the 2 orders and want a refund or my items asap

      I paid ****** for an email. Originally I purchased some clothing on 3/07/25 from a clearance sale they had going. I purchased online through there website. Package was sent by *** Ex I was supposed to receive on 3/14/25. However *** Ex delivered package to wrong address. I contacted true religion by text and email mostly automated, never spoke to an agent. Was text matter would be investigated. They would gladly refund my money after 3/20/25. On 3/20/25 claim was denied with no explanation. Now Im not able to get in touch with the company at all. *** Ex is not helping me I was told by them get in touch by the Merchant. The apartment complex has over 20 buildings that has B on the door. I have no clue on where package was sent, or who signed for it. Thank GOD my sister has signs and 2 door cams on her door. The fixture for the peep hole on the door is also different compared to the picture Fed ex sent as proof of delivery, cant even read it the name on the door. I sent pictures to True Religion they still denied my claim.

      I have not received my refund nor spoke with a live person. Communication is done through text message and it's a robot. I first reach out to the company Monday February 24, 2025 about the refund and today March 24, 2025. All this morning I received a message stating there is no one to chat with live. **************** is at a all time low if this is how communication is done. I will not purchase anything else from this company.

      Order number: ********. True Religion is running a fraudulent and deceptive operation when it comes to returns and refunds. I returned everything I ordered in one package, yet they only refunded me for one item and are now refusing to refund me for the rest.Their return system intentionally only allows customers to select one item at a time, which forces people to return all items together in a single package. I followed their process exactly and assumed they would scan everything upon receipt. Instead, they are now claiming they "can't verify" that they received my itemswhich is completely false.When I contacted them to fix this issue, rather than investigating or issuing my refund, they told me to dispute the charge with my bank. They are fully aware that I already informed them I closed my old bank account and opened a new one, making a dispute impossible. It is clear they are using this as an excuse to steal my money and avoid issuing the refund they owe me.True Religions business practices are highly deceptive and unethical. They are intentionally making it difficult for customers to return items properly, and when confronted, they refuse to take responsibility. Instead, they blame the customer and give them no real recourse.This company is scamming people out of their money by pretending they never received returned items and then making it impossible to get a refund. I am demanding that they immediately process the full refund to my ****** or store credit for the items I returned. This type of fraudulent behavior should not be allowed, and I urge others to avoid shopping with True Religion at all costs.

      I recently made a purchase of several items at true religion online store on 2/12/25 for $276.00 the items had the wrong size so I contacted true religion and they told me to return the items at a true religion store which I did on 2/18/25 order# ********. I was also told that I can reorder the items in the right sizes while awaiting my refunds, which I did on 2/19/25 order# ******** ***** tracking #************. I called ***** and they have no answer and told me to contact the sender which I did through email and text messages. As of yet I did not get a refund or my package and true religion employee named ***** M had the audacity to email me back and say that my request has been marked as solved. I have all the emails, text messages and receipts for this fraudulent act.
