      Have ordered several pairs from Skechers US and have not found acceptable for long term wear like all day. Recently sent a Pair back and was told I could only get e credit since they were worn, They were worn only inside. I had taken tags off to see how they would do without extra baggage in foot area. I ordered another pair 1/2 size smaller that cost $5 more than first pair sent them back and now they will not refund the extra tax amount I had to pay. Their reason is first pair was on sale therefore I cannot claim the $5.41 more than what e credit was originally. I realize it is a small amount but it is the principal not the actual funds. I now have an e credit that I really do not want to use from them in the amount of $108.10. I will never shop Sketchers US again. I found the people in service customer service friendly but not helpful. I have to wonder what the prices are going to be once the tariffs go into effect.Just please be aware you are at their mercy when returning shoes and what they say is what is!!!!

      The quality of their shoes has plummeted to the dirt. Definitely using cheaper, low quality materials. The customer service provided matches the quality. Overall Zero stars.I sent back my shoes after trying them on and immediately could tell they used memory foam instead of the "goga" material as advertised to have. I sent them back and they refused to put the money back on my card. They decided I must get an E- card to be used exclusively at SKETCHERS! The materials are garbage, I don't want anymore of their product but I am being forced to loose my money or use it with them! I despise them now! ?? company

      Great shoes. My wife and I have bought about 10 pair. New pair I just bought has a defect inside the left shoe. They want me to ship it back to them cancel sale then weeks later get refund and have to buy another pair of shoes. They must know how many pairs Ive bought and could be more helpful in resolving my problem. Very rude person on the other end of the phone with no way of assisting me. Good shoes big company bad customer service.

      Yesterday I was shopping at the outlet with my kids and the signage in the clearance section said take an addition 50% off price as marked. However, its extremely misleading because its not the lowest price its the original retail price. It was NEVER sold in that store for that price as everything is discounted. I really think they should just state price as marked. Even the employees warn you before you check out as Im sure almost everyone gives them grief about this. Its not fair for the consumer or employees. It just leaves you feeling on a sour note. I would have felt better about my purchase feeling like its up front pricing.

      Wife bought ******* buy one get one 50% off sneaker sale at ********, OUTLETS Florida She has been sized by 3 shoe stores over course of 20 years all agree her foot is a size 8 she found 2 size 8 sneakers in outlet store and tried on walked for 2 minutes in each. Next morning wore one pair at work couldn't make it past 4 hours feet hurt so bad turns out their sizes are way off in Skechers she is size 9 go to exchange them the one pair No problem, got 9 other NO size 9 they did have 8.5 rather then simply wait for new shipment manager & decided lets try 8.5's if they dont work agreed I could I return until they get size 9 unfortunately the 8.5 no better than 8's I brought the 8.5's told still NO size 9's but, truck coming tomorrow call Manager ******* after 11AM I called spoke w/******* said NO 9's came in. I asked when will they come in? Now, she said I cant you order them but, wife would have to order on line I said we bought these because buy 1 get 1 50% off ********* prefer to pick-up in store she said she has to order on line and you will lose the sale price 1st its well documented all over intenet Skecher sneakers are horrible at accurate sizing, 2nd their service seemed good as first then changing stories WHY cant you simply order the size she needs??? WE ARE DONE NEVER WILL BUY ******* PRODUCT AGAIN 100% Chinese garbage!!

      I bought socks from Skechers *****. I bought 2 packs for 978. But the order is cancelled. I got half refund for 1 pack. Complete order was cancelled but half of money is refunded. I emailed may be 10 times to the customer support team of ********************** and not even one respond. This is total unacceptable and scamming customers. Take the money and cancel the order without refund. Not expected from reputed brand like Skechers.Adding my order details Order no: SOP00420645 I need my refund back.

      I bought a pair of shoes size 9.5 they where too small so Sketchers said to order a 10 then send 9.5 back for as return. I received the 10 and it was to big. So I started a return on 10/3. They said all I had to do was box up put label on and take and drop them off at *** so that is what I did. Now *** never had to ship a a mugging back before to any company. Its now 11/11 I have no shoes and no refund. *** never sent. So now I have no shoes and Im out over 120.00$. Sketchers wont do anything. When I did exactly what they told me to do. I will keep sending reviews in on them till something is done. This is such poor customer service. I will keep posting bad reviews all over social media.

      I have a problem with Skechers slipins less than 90 days old. After contacting customer service I was told I should send them to be evaluated. If they didn't feel the shoes were defective they WOULD NOT BE RETURNED TO **. This isn't really what good customer service should be!

If you have a quality concern with your shoes you can take them back to any Skechers store for an exchange or store credit with your receipt, or you may send them into us through our quality assurance program. We will provide a replacement pair if the shoe is deemed to have a manufactures defect, if it is not, we can discuss other options with you directly.

      Ive been purchasing sketches for the better part of the last 8 to 10 years however, recently I made a purchase online and one of the shoes that I bought were sandals and they hurt my feet. They didnt support my feet as was advertised on online. I started a return to send the shoes back because my feet need support and these actually did not provide support for my feet at all. I have very bad feet and have been using sketches, which was very comfortable most of the time. However a pair they sent was totally unsupportive and I had to return them. However, I saw on the website that they dont accept worn shoes. I wore them one time around the block. I called in to inquire and was told that I would be credited as it was evident that I just bought them, that the policy was for people who want credit after wearing them over a year. Fast forward that I never got a credit and called in. *******, the *** I spoke to first said they didnt have them when I had proof that they had. Then she said oh wait I see them here. Then she advised me that I wouldnt get my money back but a credit. I did not give them a credit, I gave cash. She said well we cant sell them now. I told her they shouldnt as they were not supportive as they said the were. They were defective. She proceeded to process a credit. However, they may have gotten my money all these years but Ill never buy another pair of sketchers. They want loyal customers but they are not loyal back. Good riddance to a company that does not take care of their customers.

      We have been buying sketchers since 2006. The latest shoes have hard pieces of white plastic sticking out of the heels. I thought they were staples at first but after cutting the cloth it was just bad construction. Two emails to customer service and not one answer.
