      I have been trying to reach Dollar Shave Club for more than two years via phone and email to cancel my account because I have been charged every month for products, but have not received anything since moving in October, 2019. The phone number listed for DSC never works. None of the numbers do. I have been charged more than $200 dollars over the past two years, but have not received any products and it is impossible for me to cancel!

      I have been charged $8.99 per month for at least 6 months without receiving any products whatsoever. I've have attempted to contact customer service on multiple occasions without any success. There is not a phone number to call and speak with a customer service agent. The only option is to have an online chat which is mostly automated with unhelpful responses. It is nearly impossible to be connected to an actual customer service agent. Again, this has been going on for months and I have not heard a word from the company. It is beyond frustrating to be charged for something I am not even receiving. The fact that it is very difficult to contact anyone is even more infuriating.

      I've been a customer of Dollar Shave Club and cancelled my subscription on or around Oct. 26, 2021. However, since my cancellation Dollar Shave Club has charged my visa card five times for amounts much higher than my monthly subscription. I've tried calling DSC, but their number doesn't go through and disconnects. I've contacted my bank to try to resolve the issue, however Dollar Shave Club continues to charge my account. My monthly charge has always been around $8.00/mo. In November, after cancelling my subscription I've been charged multiple times and the total amount charged to my account is about $125.00. This is NOT an early cancellation as I've been a member since 2015. I'd like them to STOP charging my account and refund the money charged. Also, I had a new credit card issued and somehow they were able to capture that new credit card number and start charging it.

      A couple of years ago I joined as a member of the dollar shave group but the handle broke. I was unable to get a new handle and the razors only fit that handle. Dollar shave continued to send me razors and charging me but I was unable to use the razors. I could not get them to send me a new handle or discontinue my membership. I have about a years supply of razors. I had to cancel my credit card associated with the membership to stop them from sending/charging me for more unusable razors. I see they NOW sell the special handle that only fits their razors but have to start the membership again to purchase it. You can only purchase the handle if you restart the membership but I have a years supply of razors already.

      I have attempted to reach someone by phone. NEVER have they reached out to me. My emails are never addressed. I tried to cancel this subscription OVER AND OVER and they ignore every request. They continue to send - AND BILL me for items we do not use. and return to them. This has been going on since December 2020.       I need a working phone number, the one you have isn't a good number! I have tried multiple times to get help with my account and not knowing what username or password *** used on an account setup for my daughter and all I get is a "Bot" which is no help at all!!!!
