    Someone fraudulently accessed my Payactiv and I was told the money was stopped from coming out and it came out.

    Transferred $250 from an upcoming paycheck to my debit card on November 30, 2024. I have not received the transfer to this day. I've called and sent several emails and sent them my back statements. All I want is my money back and no one can tell me where it went.

    I have been calling payactiv for the last 3days and has had no results.. First it was I need to call my employer did that.. Than I still couldnt log in ask to speak to supervisor no supervisor available ask for a complaint number no number ask for a corporate office no corporate office.. For them to deal with a lot of major businesses they provide horrible service to the business employees.. I have a voice recording of the whole very unprofessional conversation.. And how they continue to give you the run around without handling the situation this is very stressful I am an emotional wreck need to handle my business and cant this is wearing heavily on me I wish I could start an class action lawsuit against them for emotional damage and mental damage

    The business is some of your pay you can access. The past two weeks they claim the software has problems. I need this money to pay bills. I need to access this money.

    I have tried to get this business to help me get into my account since 4/5/25. I have spoken to multiple agents who have not helped me whatsoever. Then Im told to email a certain email to talk to a certain department and they take days to reply. This business keeps telling me my account was linked to a different number then what I log in with even though I have sent screenshots of what shows on my end. Ive never changed my phone number, they had to of done this on their own. This has caused a financial burden on me not being able to get into my account.

    I got a pay advance from them, its at ******* for pick up but they will not validate the transaction for me to get my money but they are taking it out my check $****************** gives me a decline slip with another companies name that has nothing to do with it.Payactiv will not answer phone and email. They see the transaction but would not give the money i have id ss number and every thing they asked for, pin number barcode etc....I can be reached at ********** ****-****************** Idexx is my employer that is there customer

    I am have been trying to access my wages since 3/4/25. I received the code and when I enter it it says invalid session. I have restarted the app and still am getting the same message.

    I have not been able to log onto the app since about Wednesday or Thursday evening. At first I thought it was the fact that I hadnt updated to I deleted, and reinstalled the app and then I was no longer able to log in. It made me change my password 3 times and at that point I tried to contact customer service. I called them multiple times only to be hung up on after waiting 15 minutes. Payactiv is an app Ive been using to help me play catch up in life, and since I just moved into a new apartment, not being able to access the funds I need early has really been making the last few days harder. They wont let anyone know how long the app is going to be down or if our information has been compromised

    I have been using Payactiv for almost a year now and the service has gotten worse and worse. I have now been unable to access my money for about 4 days because their app and website is broken. They refuse to answer any questions on their socials. Their customer service is constantly hanging up on people after waiting for *****+ minutes to be connected. And the one time I did get someone on the phone, the only information they had was that they were working on it. There still havent been any details like what the problem is, an ETA, or any other helpful information.

    The Payactiv website says I have accessible wages but when I try to get them I get invalid session and my balance resets to 0. They told me they would fix it but still havent and I need that money. And I cant even get ahold of them, their online chat isnt working and when I call they hold me for 20 minutes and then hang up on me.
