6/18 I had requested early access to wages paid to have them deposited, only to find debit card was not working called to request new card was issued a virtual card and mailed one which was received yesterday 7/3 virtual card was stating invalid called on 6/27 was told they would send funds to my bank debit card on file upon receipt of email containing drivers license this was sent immediately received the physical card 7/3 still states invalid card information and still no access to funds I paid to receive early meanwhile they give me no explanation and just keep saying to waitBusiness Response

I DONT RECOMMEND PAYACTIV to AnyONE!!!! I have once again let Payactiv sell me a fake dream. They had me thinking this problem is going to be fixed. And its not. I keep getting emails from people saying its fixed but its not. This company is going to be bad if you sign your employees up with this company. They are going to have issues. I highly recommend Daily Pay. You get your money instantly. And you get results. This company will not listen to you. They cut you off. They can be rude at times. And no one knows what they are doing. And they will purposely take their time to fix an issue if you **** them off. Trust they note everything. And the next representative is going to treat you awful about the notes they read about you. The customer service is terrible. This is a mess.Business Response

Payactiv has taken my card off of the website and wont resolve my issue. Saying they are working on it but wont help to make it easier to use another card. If I use my bank card on the website I will be charged 4 dollars and they refuse to credit the amount back even though the technical issue they are having is on there end. When I called they simply said they couldnt help me and had no information as to when the issue will be resolved.Business Response

I have been trying to reach payactiv for a week now. My account is mixed up with another account. I dont know how it happened. But I suspect someone isnt being honest with the money. I keep getting the run around all the while my money is sitting in their account that they can see but I cant. Im left on hold for an hour at a time. They escalate everything to a team and they wont help. I would be careful of this company. I get the feeling funds are being misused.Business Response

I have contacted 4 different people about my wages not showing up and hours not being put in and this has been going on for a week and all they keep saying is give them ***** hours which nothing happens still. Since Payactiv's EWA is an employer-offered benefit, ****************** no longer has access to it through our platform.

I received my debit card about a month ago to this day. However, the card does not work. I cannot access my funds, they refuse to transfer them to my bank account. They did however take those funds from my paycheck to pay themselves back on the money they've decided to hold hostage.Business Response

Date of transaction June 19,2024 I added earned wages to my Payactiv card in the amount of *****. I tried to use my card Thursday June 20,2024 and it declined saying card number in active. I called Payactiv a the representative said that there is a known issue with the cards and if not fixed within ***** hours to call back and they could transfer my funds to a cash app or chime card. I called back on Sunday and spoke with a representative and they told them about my previous conversation with the representative . They said there is nothing they can do they fixed the issue for some of the payactiv cards but not all and I just have to wait til they fix it but they have my money that I cant access. I stopped using Payactiv in March and when I started using it again in May, they said I owed an outstanding ridiculous amount from March when every single paycheck it shows they are paid. The money is taking out of my paycheck and in May when I received my first good paycheck paid them $418 and then it said I was caught up and now theyre trying to say 600 and something is not making any sense to me and when I ask them about it or send proof of paycheck stubs I never get Direct answer backBusiness Response
