    After my first over deductions, I have had 4 more over deductions totaling more than $**** of over deductions just within the last month and a half. I have requested to have my account deactivated, which they did deactivate however they continue to steal money from me even with my account being closed and no hours being submitted with Payactiv they still manage to take more money. I have spent hours on the phones sending in proof of the over deductions and receiving confirmation about it but having to do this every 2 weeks is absurd. I want to let everyone know that this company over deducts you constantly to money not owed by them and they think just returning your money once you find out is a good enough resolution but they will do it again and again until you notice. Please look over all of your deductions with Payactiv and your check deductions so you don't end up like me having to call every 2 weeks when you get paid to get them to send YOUR own money back.

    I started using Payactive as a way to get to extra money faster and of course it is taken out of my check. Once you start it you have to keep getting it just to accommodate what you are missing. Every pay period they have taken $504.00 out of my check and they only make available $345.00 or sometimes less. This started happening 60 days ago or more. I have reached out to them and they ask me to send a check stub and I do. They ask me for a check stub every pay period and it clearly states on my check stub that I am a salaried worker, meaning I am guaranteed my 80 hours. They have come up with something stating that I have to have the hours accumulated and I sent the check stub again and they made the money available. Now, I am dealing with it all over again and they still have not given me the remainder of my availability. They don't understand that people have bills and things they have to take care of outside of this and they have caused more mental anguish on me. I am tired of it and this last email they told me to send a picture of my timesheet and it needs to have my employee ID and other things on there. I have sent so many pictures of my check stubs and each one of them state that I am a salaried worker and after 60 days of check stubs it is still the same and my employee ID is on it as well. This is ridiculous and they have caused more harm than good. I will add the most recent email and attach one of the emails from me sending my check stub as well. The bad part about this is when I asked my workers are they being done this way, they all tell me no. They are able to access all of their money when payday hits on Friday. My workers are hourly, but again my check stub says salaried worker. I am no rocket scientist, but I do know what a salaried worker is. I deserve more than just a fix because they have caused me to be late on bills and I have incurred late fees that I try to always avoid. The attachments are just some of the issues I have had.

    I signed up for their service and successfully used it up until a month ago when my employer requested that all employees get an actual pay activ debit card. ( I previously used the *** with my cash *** debit card installed on the *** on it) since trying to get a pay activ card they still will not give me one because they can't verify my address and sending pictures of my drivers license and 2 pieces of mail with my address on them is not proof of address. They had me install a temp card onto the *** and it also did not work. Now they can not help me delete the card and they do not bother to call back. I have requested that they send me the money that I have on the *** by form of a cashiers check so that I can delete the ***. This company has horrible customer service and its agents are poorly trained. They do not return phone calls and if u do get ahold of a live person who can not help and ask to speak to a supervisor they say they are transferring u but they hang up.

    Every time I contact payactiv, which is a weekly thing. I have to contact them on sundays if I work saturdays I have to send these email non stop each week just to withdraw funds from a paycheck I worked for. I try contacting them through chat they will respond but then no longer respond to me. Then they will end the chat. I would call them. They have to audacity to tell me to call back in 30 mins instead of helping me when they have me on the line. They literally get on the line and tell me to wait 30 minutes and call back again. I wait 30 mins and then call back then they tell me to wait another 30 mins. If I treated customers the way these people do then I would be fired and my life would be shattered. I would like something to be done. I'm tired of having to contact them every week to access my money that I work for. I'm tired of getting the run around and not being helped when it's needed. I'm sure I'm not the only one their doing this too but the way these people want to treat customers and demand respect when they walk into my store has me all kinds of messed up. I know my rights. I know where and when to contact people. I would like for this to be fixed. They don't understand that this is our lively hood. This is how some people including me can eat. I would like for them to treat all of us the same and not just help one person and not the other I'm a human being too and I do have rights and I'm not afraid to exercise those rights.

    I have been with pay active for a while now and never had issues until recently now in the beginning of May I have spent close to my limit on my pay Active account 2 times and I have had to call both times to tell them to update my account it takes them so long to update my account I have tried to get the issue resolved so that I can start borrowing money and they have ignored me and stop accepting my calls and I can't get a hold of anyone so I want my account to be updated and then deactivated

    I am a new user of payactiv. I was able to take out some of my wages...it was noted on my pay stub that a deduction was taken out to pay Payactiv. I was calling to get a clear understanding of how the process works, because it says I have an available balance but I am unable to access it. I asked for an email to send my paystub with to show the deduction from my paycheck. He said he would text it and I explained that my phone was broken and I could just write the email down. He told me he couldn't tell me because he had just emailed me the email address. I haven't received the email, nor a clear process of how the process works and I can't access my earnings.

    I transferred 95.00 from my earned income wages to my payactiv card on Sunday 12:21 am. It was an instant transfer yet today is Tuesday the 14th and I still do not have my money. When I call them I am told it will be on my card Monday morning, then Monday afternoon then Monday at 6 pm and then it will be Tuesday by 6 pm. now today they are sending it to the engineering department and it will take 24 to 48 hours to get a response, So I get pd this Friday the 17th and will get my paycheck with 95.00 missing that i never got. I have asked them 3 times for the corporates office phone number to try and get this resolved because i transferred it because I needed it and every time they say they dont have that number. I have been hung up on twice and ignored 3 times using their chat service. This is money I worked for and its being held from me.

    I am having money taken from my check every 2 weeks that I didn't ask for. When I try to recoup money, I'm put on hold, ignored, and basically dissatisfied. My last check was on 6/1, they took ****** from me and I never asked for an advance. I want my money!

    i loaded money onto payactiv on june 1, one for $500 one for $300 one for $100 i called payactiv and they said that there are having system issues and that the money should be there soon. they asked me for a trace id and said they are unable to locate it. My bank says that because this is authorized transaction i am unable to dispute it with them and now i'm out $900, Payactiv wants me to dispute it with my bank but i can't. My resolution is for them to refund me or put the money into my payactiv card.
