      I ordered Tooth cleaning products totaling $107.99 on February 22, 2025. The order was confirmed (order #*******) and $107.99 was billed to my credit card on that same date. This total included $8.99 for shipping. Reviewing my credit card statement on March 21, 2025 , I find that $9.99 also was billed on February 22, 2025. Apparently the company intends to bill this amount as a monthly recurring charge. I never approved this $9.99 charge and have no idea whatsoever what is its purpose. I want the $9.99 to be refunded and that any recurring charges be stopped.

      2-16-2025 Ordered a drone from Modern Life Trend and they charged me $130.37. They also charged me a random additional charge of $19.99 for a total of $$150.36. Because of this random charge, I investigated and did not feel comfortable. I called the company, got voice mail &left my info and no return call. I also emailed them 2-16 twice and did not get a reply. I received the drone 2-24-2025. Per their refund instructions, I am well within the time to be able to return it. Also, per their instructions I emailed them 3-11-25 at ***************************** to get an RMA#. They have not sent one as of 3-18-25. I cannot get a call or an email from them. Order number *******. Their phone is ************. I feel scammed. I have package ready to return.

      The purchases were for torch lighters. Upon checking, the **** tracking has not updated and is still stuck in label created status, this usually means either the product was not scanned or lost. We tried refunding you but the system error occurred. Our team member will reach out to you today via email on the complaint to resolve your refund issue.

      I ordered an Auto Air, which I received. On my credit card there was an additional $9.99 charge for a VIP club, which I didn't order. I have emailed them 3 times to get this charge removed with no response.

      Modern life trend failed to properly deliver items ordered in late 2024. The charges were ***** for torches lighters and ***** for mystery box. Items were NOT received! Got scammed!Please help get my refund or product.

      We have a central mail system in The Villages. This package was never received in my personal box nor was it in an over sized receptical in the central area. Also they provided no photo of the packages being delivered at my home front door. 
      Also they sold me a mystery package that never arrived for *****. Originally they refunded that amount thru ******. Mysteriously, when ****** stated if you receive ur order please repay the *****.

      We never received any items from Modern but somehow ****** repaid Modern the ***** without our authorization. 

      Please advise how to proceed.

      We are willing to repurchase the order if Modern will make some concession.

      The product was delivered by **** and they do not take photos of delivered items. Upon discussion, we'll just refund you the entire order. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the funds to return back to the original method of payment.

      On 01-31-2025 I wanted to purchase a Ring doorbell with a camera, I begin looking on Ring for one. I went to the Ring website and found one for $59.00 I purchased it and when I received the total amount it was for $111.41.... $59.00 with tax and shipping was $73.44 and then there was something called a "surprise package" that was $19.00 with tax and shipping $28.98 charged to me. The payment amounts were processed at my bank on February 3, 2025. So I started looking for a phone number to Ring I found one and tried calling it but there was no answer, every time I tried there was never an answer, I tried for about 3 days..so I went back to the website and I then realized that it wasn't even Ring's, but somehow it was a place called Doorbell Camera on Rings website. I started searching and found a phone number that was from the BBB so I called it and got an answer ************. I told the woman what had happened and that I did not want the item, and wanted a refund, she told me that she could not refund my money because the item had already shipped. She told me to call back later, I called back when I received it. I asked for my refund back and she was making excuses about not giving me a full refund back and finally said that she could give me a full refund back but I had to wait for 5 to 7 business days to processed with it, so..I didn't even open the package when I got it. I took it to the post office and sent it back to Doorbell Camera, and they had to sign for it. I called back and was told again that I had to wait the 5 to 7 days again I am fed up by this time, I called back and was told that they sent a echeck for the full amount of the refund but I have never received it, I hope that you can figure out how to get my money refunded. Thank you!

      On January 22, 2025, I received an email stating that order #*******, Main-Smart Watch, with warranty and shipping $78.93, had shipped. Tracking #VN5347041804US Not Available.The package has not been received so I emailed the company and received the following: "There was a temporary problem delivering your message to ****************************** Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently." Checking the reviews of the company, it is obvious that I will not receive the product or a response, so I hope the BBB can help me receive a refund.Thank you for your assistance.

      Today, 3/3/25, I received a **** package in the mail containing 5 bottles of "Keto+ACV Gummies" and 2 bottles of "FastActive Daily Cleanse". The package was addressed to me and the return address was "Return Solution, ************************************************".I never ordered these supplements. I have never heard of "Return Solution" before. A search of the internet provided website for a company called ****************. They have a page with the headline "Have you recently received an unauthorized purchase from a company with the return address listed as Return Solution?The page states "We have discovered that the company sending these items goes by either Modern Life Trend or ********************* and the contact information for them is below. Please reach out to them to resolve this situation.Modern Life Trend / ************************ ***************************** ************ / ************ / ************ Additionally, we have learned that some recipients may have been charged for these unauthorized items. If you notice any suspicious charges on your account, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider immediately to dispute the transaction and ensure your accounts ************ should also reach out to the *** to report this company at ****************************."I checked my credit/debit accounts. It appears that I have NOT been charged for this package so far. I don't know whether to send them back or just throw them away. I am definitely NOT going to trust some bottles of pills that show up on my doorstep unannounced.I'll be emailing at the company to find out why they sent me the package and how they got my name and address.

      3 Cyber Heaters were delivered to our address with no shipping information, no receipt, no information except a business card that offered us 20% off and a code for Modern Lifestyle Shop.We did not order this and tried to call the number on the card which only produced a recorded message about offers and insurance and other random things, never contact with a human.Then we found a charge on our credit card that we did not make to VaultLifesyleShop that was not something we ordered, a charge we did not authorize. This company is a complete SCAM.
