5 starsMy name is ****** *****, and I happen to represent one close friend of mine to deal with this dealer, for some discrepancies with the contract with my friend. After talking to them, (This was, after I file a complaint with the BBB of ********* ** and complaints to the *************** and the Nissan of *************... at the end was worth it, since we came to the dealer and they HELP US RESOLVE OUR ISSUES, AND IN MY PARTICULAR OPINION IT WAS A WIN WIN SITUATION, FOR MY FRIEND AND FOR THE DEALER. After the issue being solved SUCCESSFULLY, I WOULD FULLY RECOMMEND THEM,With Mr. ******* also Mr. ***** and Finally under the Supervision of ********************** I would recommend their services and their business, now that all this is part of our learning experiences as individuals... And business feedback ************ Regards, MAGTReview fromDarina W

1 starDishonest and Misleading Called the morning of July 4 to view a vehicle and request an appointment, called again before leaving my house to confirm the vehicle was not sold before I took the long drive there drove over 30 mins arrived and immediately was told the car is sold , but they had me wait 10 mins so they could confirm it was sold. Their approach when I arrived at the dealership was horrible and the manager has horrible customer service skills, wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here if you are looking for a great car buying experience GO ELSEWHERE!Review fromOrzhen R

I had the most abysmal experience with Nissan Mission Hills that I feel compelled to share my frustration. After calling to inquire about the cheapest rate for an EV car and being quoted $208 + tax with no down payment by *********, I thought I had found a reasonable deal. However, the nightmare began the very next day when *****, *********'s assistant, confirmed the deal and even sent me a pre-qualification application. Before filling out the application, I had the foresight to double-check the deal with *****, who once again confirmed it. But imagine my shock when *********'s assistant called me back, claiming that the deal was only for loyal customers and demanded a $1,000 down payment because I didn't own a previous Nissan. When I refused, they transferred me to the manager, *****.***** and I went back and forth, with her insisting that the $1,000 loyalty requirement was disclosed on their website. But here's the kicker I never even looked online; I solely relied on the information provided during my calls. Nonetheless, ***** had the audacity to tell me to come in immediately to get the car at the originally quoted *****.Feeling hopeful, I rushed over with a crying baby in tow, only to be kept waiting for three agonizing hours. And to add insult to injury, they had the gall to inform me that they couldn't honor the deal ********* had promised. Despite their plaque in the lobby boasting about fair and honest business practices, they blatantly lied to me.Not only did they waste my time, but they also lost out on three potential leases I was ready to sign that day. Their sales associates, including the incredibly rude gentleman who refused to honor the deal, were utterly incompetent. I left Nissan Mission Hills empty-handed and utterly disappointed, ultimately finding a better deal elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid this deceitful dealership at all costs.Nissan of Mission Hills

1 starDishonest ****************** ********************************************************************* CA My lease was due for return on Sunday, 12/17/2023. In an effort to comply with the terms of my lease, my wife and I scheduled an appointment for return to this location with customer service representative "******" for Saturday, 12/16/2023, at 1pm. My wife was informed by "******" that Nissan Mission Hills would receive the car and inspect it on site for us on this date. When we arrived at this location on the scheduled date and time, we were anything but accommodated for our efforts. I made contact with a sales representative in the parking lot who led me to the ************************ Within the less than two-minute walk to the office, the sales rep asked me three times if I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle or lease. I replied respectfully each time that I was only interested in a lease return. While I understand the sales tactic implemented here, I felt harassed, badgered, and disrespected. I informed vice ********** ****************** that I had an appointment for inspection and lease return made with ****** for today. He informed me that I would have to return on a weekday for this service. I informed him that was unacceptable since I had an appointment for this date/time 24 hours before my lease was up. I was respectful and was treated very poorly. At the time, ************** only identified himself as "***", so I asked for his last name. He refused to answer stating that, "it doesn't matter. I won't be doing business with you." ************** continued to repeat this sentiment and stared into my eyes in an intimidating, and threatening manner. Choosing to take the higher road, I broke eye contact with him in an attempt to de-escalate the situation. I asked him for the location of another Nissan dealership who could accommodate me, and referred me to contact Nissan in Valencia. This dealership, however, went out of business over a year ago. Ive never been treated this poorly at any establishment.Review fromKimberly B

1 starNissan of Mission Hills has the most bizarre operating system; being issued an appointment at 1:30pm doesn't mean that you will be seen on time or even seen at a reasonable amount of time after. This means that they are accepting your car for that day and they will get to the car whenever they can. Quoted exactly from the manager I showed up on time for 3 items, oil change, brake fluid flush and an O2 sensor ECU program recall. I was informed the service would take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours for all 3 items. 2.5 hours later it was still not done and inquired how much longer it would take. A 2nd employee states that the original time quoted was incorrect and it would take 3-3.5 hours. Then the original 1st employee tells me that they were behind, so they don't have the same story. I am the last one to leave at 5:10 ... that is 4 hours! I checked my dash cam footage and see that my car was not touched until 4:20 and completed at 5:00pm. $209 for a 40-minute job. The manager made no effort in fixing the situation, he basically said they were busy which means they don't need my business if they're doing so well so I will go elsewhere moving forward.Review fromKimberly A

1 starI think they are being dishonest in not providing me with a product that works, for over a Thousand dollars, instead of giving me a faulty product that doesn't work. I paid over a Thousand dollars for an Air Conditioner Compressor that they told me I needed when my Air Conditioner started going bad. I listened to their serviceman and had, what I thought was a New Air Conditioner Compressor for my 2018 Nissan Altima installed. That was in March 2022. Middle of May, I noticed that the Air was not being distributed correctly. I took my car back and had them run a diagnostic on the car. Answer they gave me that after 3 hours of testing they couldn't find a problem. I left the shop and an hour or so later, around 3:30 pm, I called them back and told them that HOT Air was blowing out of the vents. They told me to bring it back so they could see it fir themselves. I was too far away at the time so, I didn't go by. The very next day, in the late afternoon I started having the same problem again. Around 3 or 4pm. This time I was close to the dealership.I drove onto the property and hailed one of their service people to put his hand in front of the Air vents to feel the Heat coming out. He did and acknowledged that it was true. Real Heat was coming out of the air vents inspite of the fact that the temp gage was set at 60 degrees. No Cold air only HOT! I was told to bring it back the next day because, it was near closing. Long story short, they ran test on it again and finally told me that they were going to REPLACE the Compressor with another Compressor. One week later and we're right back where we started. I don't believe anything was changed. The performance of the Compressor is exactly the same as the first time I took it back with the initial complaint. The Compressor fluxuates between very Hot to very Cold. Most of the time, it blows Very Hot. I would like to have them honor what I paid for. I need an New Air conditioner Compressor that works ALL THE TIME!!
