    I ordered a plant that I was very excited about and received it completely dead. Not even able to be revived because it was so dead. I understand shipping and ordering plants is a risk and you cannot expect it to come in perfect condition but I have ordered plans from other websites previously and decided to give succulent box a chance, and I regret it. The condition in which the plant came is incredibly disappointing. I reached out to the company multiple times and have not heard back which ultimately just makes me think that this company is a scam.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I have sent three emails at this time, from *********************** so I am not sure why you are not receiving them. The first on October 30th, the second on November 1 and the third this morning. I am not sure how else to communicate besides this.

    The plant was shipped on 8/28 and arrived on 9/5 in very poor condition. Emails w photos were sent three times and two phone messages were left. There has been no response

    Received damaged package, was a horrible shipping technique, plants is broken. Seek out to customer review and received no response, 100% not buying back. Scamming website

    I purchased two succulent orders. This company provided me with a tracking number from **** which shows my items were never mailed. They created a packing slip but never fulfilled it. I have email copies showing they never mailed my items and them admitting the fault but not fixing it. Their phone number is a false phone number, you cannot call them to resolve.

    Hi,I am writing to the BBB in hopes of getting a correspondence from Succulent Box. I had a package returned to them earlier this week and have contacted support regarding a refund numerous times via email and call over several days. The company will not reach out for instructions nor return any of my calls to their 888 number. All I am looking for are confirmation of a refund from the company and someone from the company to call my number to explain why this has happened.

    I bought 3 plants at succulent box. All three came two of them were in great shape. The one that I really wanted more than anything came looking like it was dead. I tried to call them twice. They dont answer their phone. I sent two emails to them. They said that they would respond in ************************************** and they have not responded. I would like them to respond. Give me another plant Ill be glad to send this one back or at least contact me and tell me what they could do for me, I paid nine bucks for this plant and its just a little start. I would like something to happen. Thank you ***********************.

    On 10/21/23 I ordered several plants from this seller. Upon receipt of the plants, 2 of them (Hypoesthes pink splash) were packaged very poorly. The plants were soaked with water, all the soil had fallen out of the pot and both plants were dead. I have tried several times to contact the seller both by email and calling their # ************. All efforts to reach them failed. I am very unhappy with their service and I want a refund.

    I ordered my moms 6 month subscription box for her 50th anniversary. When we opened the box dirt was everywhere and some of the plants had fallen down. I let it slide because it was around Christmas and thought maybe it was the post office. My mom never got her January box so I emailed them several times with no response! Looked up their phone number and it doesnt work just some weird recording. I went on their ******** page and asked them questions there and nothing. A week ago they said it was in the way, but when you look up tracking they just made the label and it is now February. I really disappointed in their customer service and how late the product is or if it will even come! I regret getting this gift for my mom and hope no one else has to go through this nightmare!

    The fact that I tried on my own several days and times to get Succulent box to respond with no reply is not acceptable to me. I called and emailed. Even went to there ******** page they provided. It was a gift and its not coming in a timely matter. The first box was no in good shape either. The only reason they responded was because I contacted the Bbb. I still havent received the package!

    I ordered a bunch of succulents for my mom’s birthday over a week ago. I received an email that my order shipped but the tracking number is not legitimate. I have called the company multiple times but only get a recorded message that no one can take my call every time. I have emailed multiple times with no response. The succulents have not been delivered and it is now almost a week since I got the notification that it shipped with the fake tracking number. This site is a scam! I want a full refund. So upset my mom didn’t get a birthday gift! received this notice 3 days ago and the package has still not been taken to the post office. I truly hope the succulents are not packaged in a box and sitting with no air for 3 days already. When will this actually be shipped out?

     Item was mailed the day I filed the complaint when it was supposed to be mailed 10 days earlier. It has STILL NOT been received. I told tem to refund the money as thos was a birthday gift and its now over 2 weeks late.

    I bought from them at Christmas time Now they are charging my debit card for more products that I didn't order
