    Excellent website to order from online. Im sure the stores are beautiful too. Excellent choice of succulents and pots. My plants arrived super healthy, and packaged with care. I will definitely order from them again.

    I've shopped with Succulents Box for a little over a year, and to be sure, shipping plants across country is tough. I've had issues with orders, but recently I was super impressed with the amazing support from their customer service team. One of my orders got delayed during an unexpected snow storm that stalled all mail in the midwest. My poor plants got stuck in that and arrived seriously damaged. Their support offered to send new plants, even though it wasn't their fault that a snowstorm stalled the mail. They were even willing to work with me to expedite shipping. After this support, Succulents Box has become my #1 place for online plant shopping! I have quite a few plants from them still thriving and living their best plant life, and looking forward to adding more.

    Ordered a 10" dragon tree to be shipped to South Dakota in winter. Price was excellent, shipping was fast, and packaging was great. The plant arrived healthy and beautiful. They even put a warmer in to keep it from dying from the cold.
