    Had a plumbing leak. Aladdin's plumbing was called, the scheduler said someone would come out tomorrow, Tuesday 4/4/23. Tuesday i was told by ****** that she must have mis-spoke they would come wednesday 4/5/23. ***** arrived at house. Said there was no plumbing leak, we could turn the water to the house back on, if it re-appears he will come back immediately. By wednesday nite, the water had surfaced. On thursday 4/6, ******* said they could come back next wednesday 4/12/23. I explained we had already waited, their plumber came and mis-diagnosed. After several phones calls and complaints, ******* came out Monday 4/10/23 and diagnosed a slab leak. ***** said nothing could be fixed until we made access. I asked him where and he advised the office will contact me. He doesnt have time to go over everything. ******, the office manager, informed me i would need to remove brand new cabinetry ($7500) and tear the brand new tile ($8500) off the bathroom wall to begin with. I paid for leak diagnosis and asked him where the leak was so i could remove only what was necessary. He said he would have his plumber come out with a leak detection meter and pin point the leak. I explained we already paid for that. Where is the leak? They have already come twice over the course of a week. Why hadn't that already been done? He answered "its in the slab". I asked him why we couldn't just reroute the pipe instead of tearing everything apart; we had just remodeled, his advice would have resulted in about $16,000.00+ in tearing out and repair work. ,****** said it was not an option & would not work. Its not how they repair leaks. This seemed incompetent. I had ****** Services come out to diagnose. Within a 1/2 hour ***** diagnosed a slab leak & advised to reroute the pipe. We paid $1050.00; fixed the same day. *************** resulted in my family being without running water for over a week. . We paid for service on 4/3/23 and currently they have not fixed anything.

    Aladdin's plumbing is a sham company. We had a slow draining tub in our upstairs bathtub. It took ~ 2 months (over 6 visits) to resolve this issue, meanwhile causing property damage and overall showing a lack of care and honesty in their work. - ***** comes to snake our tub line - he thinks he clears it but it's still clogged. - **** comes out to snake our line, uses a massive rotary snake and breaks our p-trap. - **** comes back and cuts a hole in the ceiling and 2 other holes "accidently", he "fixes" the p-trap but can't clear the clog and says they need to come back with a camera - **** comes back but without a camera. Argues a camera is useless. We show him a cleanout that is connected to the tub line and we ask him to snake that. He argues the cleanout is not connected. He spends the next hour arguing that this cleanout is not connected to the tub. He draws us a picture of how he thinks the pipes in our house are connected. He uncaps the cleanout and turns on the utility sink to show us that even this line isn't connected to the cleanout. He suggests that we cap the pipe going down from the tub and start a new line to a new cleanout he would put in under another cabinet in the utility room. **** leaves. I go upstairs and turn on the tub. I ran the water for 5 minutes and see there was no clog only to realize **** NEVER CAPPED THE CLEAN OUT AND MY ENTIRE DOWNSTAIRS FLOOR IS FLOODED WITH WATER. The cleanout WAS connected to the tub. **** comes back and snakes the cleanout and the clog is gone but our tub is still leaking, he never even apologizes. But, the tub is still leaking. ***************** is now sent out to fix broken parts **** used. He fixes those but we still have a leak and he argues that it's from cracked grout around the tub. He leaves, but we still have leaks. We push, so **** returns to tighten the tub spout where we point out the leak. **** leaves without ever re-caulking anything he loosened and opened up. I will never deal or interact with this place.
