              The Grace moving company broke a large buffet glass while packing. I filed a claim with them. After multiple attempts, I spoke with office manager.She told me they got estimates and will cost about 500 dollars to replace The glass. We agreed to share the cost. They pay 350 and I pay 150 dollars. Unfortunately no follow up and not returning my call. The move Happened about a month ago. I had to make multiple calls and leave messages in order to talk to them .I can provide more information if needed. Thanks,

              I selected Grace Moving for my move earlier this month after evaluating a total of four businesses. Even though their not to exceed quote wasnt the cheapest, I felt they were the best company to get my move done right. One company only gave a bid without sending someone out to see all my stuff. One came out and inventoried all my stuff and then just ghosted me. The third company came out, gave a competitive bid but when I checked their licensing, it had been revoked and their workers comp insurance was cancelled.With Grace Moving, I was impressed from the start. All five of the team introduced themselves. The team consisted of *******, *******, ************************, and *****. They were all polite and respectful. They all worked really hard as I had a ton of stuff to move (much from the second story). They had to troubleshoot a few times when trying to get furniture out of the old place and into the new place. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. They came in well under their not to exceed quote and did it in less time than expected. Great job Grace Moving. I highly recommend them.
